My partner and I have just bought our first home through Adam & Jones in Market Harborough and we can't recommend them enough. From the initial phone call to book viewings through to completion they have provided a professional, friendly and honest service. Everyone knows buying a house can be a long and sometimes stressful experience but Becki Adams and Janet Edwards kept us in the loop and at ease! Thank you both for all your hard work!

This is the second time I have used Adams & Jones to sell property for me as they are so good and offer great value for money for all the background work they put in. I found the whole experience brilliant from start to finish. Every member of staff I have dealt with have been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Their experience is evident, and most important of all respond quickly to any questions you may have. I can't recommend them highly enough, and if you are thinking of buying or selling I would suggest you give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

I have just completed on my house sale with Adams and Jones today and I cannot recommend them enough. Matt and the team have been there every step of the way with me through a difficult time and have gone above and beyond just providing a service. Thank you all for showing what the gold standard of customer service really is and making sure that my sale went as smoothly as possible whilst providing a friendly and professional shoulder at times too. I chose Adams & Jones because of previous reviews. I had to sell my mother’s house but living 150 miles away meant I couldn’t be there for viewings, house clearance, exchange of contracts or key handover. They were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and they worked to my timescale. Matt in Market Harborough handled the initial dealings with me, then Janet took over the day to day care of keeping me informed. Everything was done in a timely manner, and it wasn’t straight forward. Fortunately I didn’t have to deal with a chain but, for those who have dealt with Probate, inevitably delays occurred. Well done, team, your personal care was very much appreciated.

The sale of our house was long winded to say the least, due to the buyers at the bottom of the chain. The whole experience with A & J has been amazing, but special thanks go to Janet. We have used many estate agents over the years and thought we had seen the best and the worst but we left the best until last!
We put our house on the market at a bad time for the housing market and we had a few ups and downs - three offers falling through. No fault of Adams and Jones but they were all incredibly supportive and helpful (especially Matt) and really kept us going and work so hard for us
We honestly felt they were rooting for us and were as pleased as we were when we exchanged contracts last week
And all with a smile!

I recently went to a viewing and prior to viewing all my queries were answered.
The photos are live, real and they also do a visual aid with video which adds an extra touch.
In process now because of the good service of putting an application in. However I believe if I am unsuccessful, that the team will still do their best to assist me.

They are a family run business friendly efficient and caring. much better value than others in the town. I have also used them for lettings as well as a sale and are equally good at both.

I have moved house many times in my life but have never been so well looked after by the agent. Adams and Jones are by far the most efficient and friendly agents I have ever used.
