After having Ben to fit our own boiler and water tank, we also used him to fit a boiler in a rental property. He had a wonderful manner with the tenant, made her feel at ease and offered her great support. He was also fantastic at communicating back to myself as landlord. All paperwork was completed correctly and he gave me full confidence. A great boiler, service and excellent price.

Outstanding service. It is always a risk to get someone to do a job that you don’t know. Ben and his team were the best google search we could have made. He replied to all messages quickly, was efficient, quick to come out and gave experienced and knowledgeable advice. Ben didn’t try and and push us into any job. He was also by far the best price. I have used Ben and his team previously for a boiler installation at one of my properties. After they did such an amazing job when my boiler at home needed replacing, Phoenix was the only firm I wanted to use!

Ben came to our rescue and replaced the dreaded dripping kitchen tap. He was on time, polite and a pleasure to meet. We will definitely be calling upon his services again in the future.

Our boiler broke down last week and Ben scheduled a call out immediately, we were given great advice on what would be the most cost affective in the long run and decided to go ahead with the fitting of a new combi boiler, Ben was more than accommodating and made sure he fitted us in asap which we really appreciated! We were kept up to date with EAT and when the team showed up, we were made to feel at ease and in safe hands, the job was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard! We will never take having hot water for granted again! And will ensure we recommend Phoenix in the future!

Ben and his team were exemplary. They arrived on time, well equipped and were clean and polite. Nothing was too much trouble, they even fixed a leak behind my washing machine at no extra charge. Absolutely brilliant. Ben came to price up a full central heating system upgrade. He gave us a very competitive quote undercutting a couple of other companies who priced up that week. The lads with Ben were very kind and polite, with the job completed in an efficient and tidy manner. Not one bad thing to say about Ben and Phoenix. Very cozy and warm now with the bonus of cheaper bills! Thanks, Phoenix!

Called these guys as my hot water had stopped working. Within 24 hours they came round to the house and had it all fixed for me. Nice guys and great service!

Ben, Chris and Jeff, did a great job removing an old conventional boiler and cylinder for us, replacing it with a combi as well as replacing some old radiators. From the outset Ben was superb to deal with, gave us a great price and the work was completed in double quick time to a very high standard. The team were great fun and we had some top banter. I will definitely use Phoenix plumbing and heating for any other jobs I need doing. So if you need a job doing to the highest of standards give Ben a call.
