Excellent work from Ben and team at a reasonable price. The team turned up on time, were always professional and courteous and tidied up after themselves. Removed a one-pipe CH system and replaced with flow/return including fitting new rads, combi boiler and several small jobs. A pleasure to work with.

Very quick response. Informative and helpful advice from a friendly engineer who was clearly an expert. Thankfully nothing more than frozen condenser pipe, but I know much more about how to mitigate the problem in future.

I must have called around 8 other engineering companies, these guys were the only engineers willing come out on a Sunday to fix our heating. I spoke to Matt who was extremely polite and helpful. I got an instant feeling over the phone that he was competent and knew what the issue could be. He arrived promptly and identified the problem with the pump almost instantly. He then went away the same day to get a knew pump before returning and fitting it. Our heating was back on within 4 hours of him looking at the system. Fantastic service from a very competent and genuine engineer, good rates also.

Our central heating system failed on a Saturday afternoon during the current fuel crisis. Fortunately for us, Ben and Jerome were able to come to our rescue shortly after receiving our telephone call. The problem was immediately identified and two faulty parts were replaced swiftly and efficiently. We would certainly use Phoenix again.

Ben kept me informed of timescale and cost both much less than expected. Great to deal with Ben and then Steve who came to fit the part both decent, friendly personable blokes, good tidy workers.

Dressed suitably, polite but genuine and arriving promptly to what was organised over the phone, the 2 blokes who came were very professional. They dismantled the old boiler and then fitted the new one quickly, neatly and thoroughly. All of which was done with some friendly banter, general chit chat and much appreciated compliments towards my brew making (haha)! We discovered a leak in our gas boiler on Sunday and phoned Ben for help: he was able come over the following day - much appreciated as we had 2 clinically-vulnerable people in the house. He had the replacement parts on hand and had the boiler fixed and running within a couple of hours. Tidied up well too! Would happily recommend.

Ben and his team have been brilliant. We’ve been dealing with them for 2 weeks now and they have just been outstanding. We needed two new radiators fitting which didn’t take long to fit, very good quality and work carried out by them. Various other work done as well, Ben has always been on hand to come when we’ve needed him to to fix bits for us. Ben and his team and all very polite and easy to chat to. Covid safe too, always sticking to social distancing measures. I will definitely be using Phoenix plumbing again if needed, and will be recommending to family/friends.
