Absolutely brilliant. Ben came to price up a full central heating system upgrade. He gave us a very competitive quote undercutting a couple of other companies who priced up that week. The lads with Ben were very kind and polite, with the job completed in an efficient and tidy manner. Not one bad thing to say about Ben and Phoenix. Very cozy and warm now with the bonus of cheaper bills! Thanks, Phoenix!

Hi Ben contacted me straight away and was at my house by 12.30 the same day job completed the following day brilliant!

Had Ben and his team come out to replace a very old boiler at short notice. He text the morning of the fitting to let me know his ETA, arrived on time and him and his team completed the work. The new boiler was in quickly, all working and the team cleaned up afterwards. 10/10 and would 100% use again!

Called these guys as my hot water had stopped working. Within 24 hours they came round to the house and had it all fixed for me. Nice guys and great service!

Ben and partner arrived early and completed the service in no time. Polite, clean and efficient. I would recommend to anyone and will be calling them for next year's service. Ben even kindly texted me the following day with the name of his aftershave as I'd asked about it! Top class job.

Ben, Chris and Jeff, did a great job removing an old conventional boiler and cylinder for us, replacing it with a combi as well as replacing some old radiators. From the outset Ben was superb to deal with, gave us a great price and the work was completed in double quick time to a very high standard. The team were great fun and we had some top banter. I will definitely use Phoenix plumbing and heating for any other jobs I need doing. So if you need a job doing to the highest of standards give Ben a call.
