Having never used Checkatrade before I didn’t know what to expect or what sort of service I’d be getting. I wasn’t worried just unsure. Anyway Ben from Phoenix was brilliant, arrived when he said he would and carried out the job with no fuss and with an obvious confidence and knowledge of his trade. I’ll certainly be using Phoenix again and have already planned the next job with Ben. This company comes highly recommended.

Ben very kindly provided a thorough and professional gas safety check on my new house. Having had a really positive experience I then called on him at short notice to help me with a washing machine that wasn’t draining. He came out of his way at very short notice, fixed the problem very quickly and was just an absolute pleasure to deal with. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Ben was very friendly, professional and tidy. He came out to us very quickly and found the fault with our boiler. We will be using him again soon to sort our radiators out and also annually to service boiler.

Ben done a great job on our boiler service, also replaced a damaged seal and check the radiators and gas stoves .Excellent job, reasonable price and now is more warmer at home.Thank you Ben

Ben was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. After having Ben to fit our own boiler and water tank, we also used him to fit a boiler in a rental property. He had a wonderful manner with the tenant, made her feel at ease and offered her great support. He was also fantastic at communicating back to myself as landlord. All paperwork was completed correctly and he gave me full confidence. A great boiler, service and excellent price.

Our boiler broke down last week and Ben scheduled a call out immediately, we were given great advice on what would be the most cost affective in the long run and decided to go ahead with the fitting of a new combi boiler, Ben was more than accommodating and made sure he fitted us in asap which we really appreciated! We were kept up to date with EAT and when the team showed up, we were made to feel at ease and in safe hands, the job was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard! We will never take having hot water for granted again! And will ensure we recommend Phoenix in the future!

From start to finish this company was excellent , A fast turnaround friendly and helpful . My elderly parents were stuck without hot water and these guys went above and beyond to replace their boiler, couldn’t thank them enough , I would recommend !
