This could have alienated the sellers, but Matt at Giggs kept relations good by mediating every step of the way. I’m sure your aware better than anyone one the reputation that Estate Agents have had over the last 20 years , And if I’m honest ( in my experience ) it was a reputation well deserved . However dealing with Giggs has been a completely different experience all together , Everyone of your exemplary staff seemed to be “ In the loop “ with every aspect of my property in Saviles Close, All information at every point in the process of selling the property was relayed to me before I ever had to pick up the phone to ask, If you said you would do something , it was done ! I wanted to take the opportunity to thank Joe and Olly for selling my house and looking after me throughout the entire process. When the house went on the market initially with another agency there was plenty of interest but no serious buyers, it was only when I moved to Giggs and Co that things started to look up. As a former customer of Giggs & co I would like to say a big thank you for dealing with the sale of my house in such an efficient way. The service, support and success I got from Giggs really was second to none. So far I have recommended four other people to Giggs estate agents all of whom have had the same good service and success as myself.
I think the reasons behind the success of Giggs & co are all to do with doing the basics very well. Some of these include; good communication, being realistic and setting achievable goals, and most of all not forgetting the needs of the customer.

Now that myself and Laura are nearly settled in to our new home I thought I would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to you and your team who have worked so hard to make our move run smoothly.

The service from Giggs was pretty much faultless in our eyes. Natalie is an absolute GEM, totally proactive and on top of her game. I have not had chance to thank he properly yet as I have been feeling so so rough, but she really was fantastic, keeping us informed every step of the way and really holding the chain well together. Would absolutely recommend you guys and when the time comes I am sure we will work with you, though do not expect that to be for some time yet!

We bought a home through Giggs and Co recently. We found them friendly as well as professional. Emma was always easy to get hold of and happy to help. When she was away for a few days it was clear her colleagues were familiar with our purchase and able to move things forward in her absence.
