It was a rather long and protracted affair simply because of the prevailing market conditions and being part of a chain but from the moment that we booked our first viewing to the moment that we agreed the deal Caroline, the agent, was brilliant - keeping the communications channels open and being super responsive to our needs.

Had no issues with Giggs during our 3 years as tenants however we have recently ended our tenancy and moved out. We are still yet to receive our deposit back even after extensive emails from us regarding this information. It has been over 3 months since our tenancy has ended and we are still clueless as to when it will be returned. Emails are going unanswered 90% of the time and if we do get a reply it’s as if they haven’t got a clue themselves.
Overall these last few months have been handled very unprofessionally and we are very disappointed.

My 85 year old mother has just sold and bought through this company. Jack and Louise looked after her as if she was their own parent. The service on both counts was outstanding. Jack came out in an evening at 8pm to allow my brother and me to view the property as the former works and lives in London. Louise worked tirelessly to gain a completion date that suited my mother and her buyers- she was insulted by people further down the chain who tried to delay the process. ( She even found ,these said people, removers for the date in question).
I would recommend this company for their professional and efficient service and the fact that they value their clients, whether they are buying or selling.

Everyone at Giggs & Co were very helpful, friendly and honest. Louise was there to help us throughout our whole process and made us feel reassured at all times. I used Giggs for the sale of my property, jack is the one who looked after the sale, and I have to say what a pleasure it was, he would always keep me informed on a regular basis, whether he was at work or he was on a day off he would answer his phone to help me with what ever queries i had. I also want to want to mention Megan in This as she is one of the most friendliest people I have come across and the way she deals with things is a credit to your company. Would definitely recommend
