I used Giggs for the sale of my property, jack is the one who looked after the sale, and I have to say what a pleasure it was, he would always keep me informed on a regular basis, whether he was at work or he was on a day off he would answer his phone to help me with what ever queries i had. I also want to want to mention Megan in This as she is one of the most friendliest people I have come across and the way she deals with things is a credit to your company. Would definitely recommend

Got lost in Eaton Socon as my SatNav didn't recognise the postcode for the address I wanted! Saw Giggs & Company Offices and thought they are bound to know - really friendly and helpful staff; showed me where it was on the computer and gave me directions. Thanks Guys!

I was very happy with the service I received. Joe was great finding us a house and Emma kept in contact with me as I would expect on a regular basis, this made life much easier for me and I was more than happy with how she helped move things along.

Last year I viewed a property that I decided to purchase, my offer was accepted and all was set for a swift completion. Unfortunately the Vendor’s circumstances meant that the sale hit a snag that would take some months to be resolved, during this time Giggs, primarily Natalie, kept me well informed and were proactive in ensuring that things kept moving, she liaised not only with myself but also the Vendor and both sets of Solicitors. Not once did I not receive a reply to an email that I had sent and when asked to Natalie rang and discussed the progress of the Sale, I personally believe that without the work that Natalie put into my purchase it would have fallen through so am very grateful for her application and effort.
In summary, I am very happy with the service I received from Giggs, particularly Natalie, they kept me informed and were always open and honest with me and were there to answer any query I presented to them, I would thoroughly recommend using them when Selling or Purchasing your next new Home.

Matt and the whole team at Giggs and Company have been truly excellent, and I simply can't recommend them enough; their experience, knowledge, patience and vast network has made buying my first house very simple.
