I have just had an optician's appointment with Wardale Williams in Sudbury and had an informative and caring experience. They phoned me to make an appointment and also a day before an email and telephone call occurred as a reminder. A nice personal touch.
I was looked after well, no queuing and with all their up today equipment Holly checked my eyes thoroughly and my vision. Luckily there was no need to change my glasses this time but they did clean the lenses and realigned my glasses that had become a bit mis-shapend since the last appointment two years ago. So all good and thank you to the team at Wardale Williams.

I had my eyes tested this morning. Holly (the optician) was thorough and explained all the test results well. My current glasses were also mended (a loose screw) and cleaned.A very professional approach from every one. Thank you.

We have been going to Wardale Williams Opticians in Sudbury for a number of years to have our eyes checked. First class service and all the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, and the range of glasses extremely high quality. I would always recommend them to all our friends and colleagues. Just today I called in as I had sat on my glasses! and Amanda immediately said leave them with her and she would sort them, called back a few minutes later and they were all done. That’s what I call first class service. Thanks you Amanda.

Great Opticians . I needed an urgent appointment as I developed a sudden double vision . Seen the same day and referred to hospital as I had a fourth nerve palsy which has now resolved . Thank you so much for all your diligence and care of my eyes. Superb service from all . I would highly recommend this wonderful Opticians .

I am very pleased with the excellent care I've received from Wardale Williams in Sudbury. I've attended this Opticians before and after cataract surgery and am reassured by the thoroughness and experience of Gregg, the Optometrist. He explains things, takes his time with you, and asks lots of questions to ensure he has all the relevant information. Greg knows his stuff, and I feel very confident in his skills and advice. Everyone at the Sudbury branch is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. It's a pleasure to give the business my loyal custom.

I have been really pleased with my last two visit, and this time I have gone out of my comfort with the glasses that I have chose but I love them.
I was seen by Vicky both times who was very helpful kind and a great asset to the company vicky encouraged me to go bold and I am really glad I did.

This is a great addition to Sudbury because of its personalised service. The staff are professional, detail-oriented, careful, friendly and courteous and you can feel that they go out of their way to provide a customer service experience that is a cut above most of the merchants on the high street. The other days I sat on my glasses, badly squashing the frame. Although I had bought my frames elsewhere, they (Kerstie) were only too happy to adjust them at no charge.

Used Wardale Williams Opticians Sudbury in response to a recommendation from a friend. Having done so, both my wife and I had a very professional and friendly service from both the Optometrist (Holly) and the subsequent attending Dispensing Optician (Vickie) who provided sound advice and assistance in selecting appropriate spectacle frames and subsequent initial fitting of same. Overall we were pleased with the service provided and will be using their services again in the future.

I recently had my eyes tested at Wardale Williams by Greg. The test showed the sight in one of my eyes had changed slightly. In order to compesate for this change I had my reading glasses reglazed. They were returned to me in one week. My second pair is currently being reglazed. I was very pleased with the service and attention to detail I received from Wardale Williams.
