This is a great museum. Lots of museums look and feel the same, but this one is so unique. Would thoroughly recommend because it's so interesting and set out in such a great way. Can't wait to go back soon!

Our 1st visit to the museum. Entrance was free (£3 suggested donation) which considering the displays and facilities is outstanding. We spent just over 2hrs looking at the exhibits and then had refreshments in the courtyard, from the lovely on site cafe (this is accessible without the need to visit the museum,) Throughly enjoyable visit with helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely be returning. A real gem!

A very friendly staff member greeted us at the door and gave us a full introduction to the site. The museum itself was very nice and extensive, and all for free admission leaves you very happy to leave a small donation.Visited on
