I've worked with SMS and particularly WIll, for the better part of 10 years now. They have helped me go from a science teacher, to an author, they helped me to publish my first book, Science for the Gardener book, which has sold multiple copies, world wide. WIll has helped me on everything from my phone, to tablet and laptop, and even helped me with social media, websites and marketing. Can't reccomend them enough for a 10/10 service, proffesional, helpful and straight forward.

Lovely chaps phoned up for price of jobs beforehand were very informative and helpful took phones in and the gentlemen went above and beyond our expectations, we were kept well in the loop with what was happening and work was done very quickly. All members of the team were cheerful and ever so helpful will definitely be recommending to friends and family and very good price too could not ask for more keep up the good work guys. Thank you my daughter was well chuffed with her birthday present such a refreshing shopping experience.

Had an issue installing Microsoft remotely. Will the guy at the store (Chard, High Street) went above and beyond helping me contacting other people and taking alot of time trying to remedy the situation. Highly advise using them. In the past they have also fixed a phone and a laptop for me in only a few if not a couple of days. I live in France and it can take months here. Very affordable and fast!

So lucky to have SMS PC and iPhone repair in the town. Professional, qualified technicians who give 100% customer service. They have managed to keep to Government guidelines, still providing a service.
