Used these top people for an iPhone repair previously, and was very happy with the service, so it was an obvious choice to ask them to look at a.macbook pro which had gone pop in use.. yes, the bill was a big one, but still cheaper than buying a used computer the same age. Communication throughout was second to none, especially the very honest and though reports and costings. Will be back the next time I break something expensive, or to purchase it equipment for the company. Also, pack of haribo with the return of goods! Dont know if this is standard issue or not but brought a smile and reassured me their attention to detail is top drawer.

Brilliant fast service my daughter broke her switch joycons the guys at SMS ordered the parts quickly and had me in the same week for repair. quick coffee and cake in Costa and the repair was done and a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend if you need any tech repaired.

Great service from SMS. They fixed our Epsom printer within 24 hrs and also sorted out longstanding connection problems.

Will and the team were fantastic, we are very happy to recommend them. We took our computer in as it was running incredibly slowly and Will found that the hard drive was failing. He replaced it with new drive and the problem is now fixed.

Fantastic ‘while you wait’ service from SMS a couple of days ago. They were able to remove a broken off charger connector from my grandsons iPad and check that the battery would still recharge in an instant. Thank you guys.
