I recently had a hydrogel screen protector fitted by a lovely guy called Tyler. The service was very quick and i have since dropped and trodden on my phone many times but it still looks brand new, no scratches or smashes like all my previous phones! Great service all round will continue to use sms for all my techy needs! :)

Best place I’ve used to get anything repaired, I have also had will over for a private repair on one of our pcs, such a friendly guy and friendly in the shop, they really do go above and beyond, I highly recommend

A colleagues laptop had frozen, so bought him in to this shop, which myself have used, they are very efficient, honest and do the job well. They managed to unfreeze his laptop and no charge. My colleague was very happy with outcome, and this will be the repair shop he will use from now on. Great service

I've always used Will and his team for my laptop's and phone's any issues I have had have been sorted within a few days unless parts have to be ordered but overall you are always kept in the loop of what's going on and if you have any questions they are always answered 😊 fast replies to messages aswell so you don't ever feel left behind during any of the process 😊 I recommend to anyone that reads this 5* in all departments 😊

Great service! I took my dad's ASUS laptop in for diagnostics, as it had stopped working. Will was extremely helpful: he diagnosed the issue quickly, replaced the damaged drive and kept us updated throughout, all at a reasonable cost. The laptop is now working better and faster than new. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend SMS PC & Mac Repairs.
