Fantastic service from the team. Fitted me in, even though they’re super busy this week. Did a fast and first class job on my screen replacement, less than an hour and excellent value. Communication ahead of getting me into the shop was also spot on. I hate feeling that businesses don’t care and I felt that my small issue mattered from the second I got in touch. Highly recommend.

I took my tablet ln to shop , I could not sign in, the guy who attended to me was named Liam .
he was very customer friendly, and knew his way around my Lenovo tablet, while he was fixing it for me he showed me some short cuts which would benefit my tablet, I would highly recommend this company for repairing and advice on technical issues

Have used many times for both phone and laptop issues. Replies quickly, extremely helpful especially when it comes to insurance claims. Fairly priced and will do what they can to save you money where possibly. Friendly, nothing is too much trouble.

We recently bought a 'dell' from 'sms' and Will called out to install it and also deal with many other issues we were experiencing. During the two hours Will was here he 'cast his magic wand and all issues have disappeared into the ether, and the new 'dell' is brilliant as well. Hats off to Will for resolving problems remotely with our PC. We purchased a new desktop from SMS and Will transferred our data over from the old machine. Even being au fait with setting up E-mail accounts I struggled to get our business Email working and Will came to the rescue and spent an hour on the 'phone guiding us through and tweaking the Windows 11 package.
So yes we would buy again from our local shop and are pleased with the personal attention given to us and our commercial account.

Really happy with the service from everyone at SMS! My laptop screen smashed but they were quickly able to look at it and replace it for a very reasonable price. Great customer service too and I’d absolutely use them again.

Phoned initially about a ribbon cable, and then went in to shop with old one as a pattern. Unfortunately not a kept item (old tech). However, Will took the time to internet search and then emailed links to me for the parts. Would definitely contact them first if I was ever in need of repairs as so helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Will.
