The guys were excellent.
They diagnosed the blockage and showed us on the camera and explained clearly what they needed to do to resolve it.
It took a couple of attempts to clear which again was clearly shown on the camera.
Tidied up after themselves and disinfected the areas as best as they could.
They also fully explained the 30 day 'warranty'.

2 lovely plumbers came to help mom with a dripping tap, so new taps, plug and pipework fitted They went above and beyond and mom is very pleased with their work. Courteous men and helped with another issue unrelated also.

A good job done, drain fixed. Awkward job and part of the van stopped working but the job was done and cleaned up after. I was kept informed of what was happening and the engineer was polite and friendly.

Engineer Ben was great really tried to find the blockage, unfortunately was unable to do so said the problem was else where. So unfortunately I’ve had to call in seven Trent to sort it out, my drain is still overflowing with sewage and I’ve had to pay £178 for a job that couldn’t be done 😔

Had an emergency sewage drain blockage. Engineer Jake came within 1.5hrs of calling them and quickly identified and sorted the problem. Left the area clean and tidy.

Excellent service from start to finish. Got through to someone out of hours and was given the earliest possible time for an engineer to attend the following day, The engineer attended even earlier, quickly discovered the blockage issue and solved it. Customer service was fantastic and we were kept informed at every step. Highly recommended!

The work was carried out in a satisfactory manner. and the blockage was cleared. However I thought the price of £261.60 was really quite exorbitant as the operative was only on site for about 20 minutes, and the company advertises that their prices are fair and reasonable. Also the operative said that the company would send the report and the pictures by e-mail and I am still waiting. They were quick enough to ask for a review.
