I wasted their time by initially saying 'no' when I got the quote...but then realised I need an expert to jet wash the blockage...else it's me getting changed, climbing up a ladder, onto the roof and drilling holes in the toilet drain pipe ! Dumb idea. I appologised and the gentleman (Harry) was kind enough to come back in the house and complete the job. Sorry again, and thank you sooo much.

I called Drain Doctor to sort out a blocked toilet, they phoned me when they were on their way, were polite and friendly, and very thorough. Using pressure washer , dye and after cleaning out the manhole used a camera to make sure all the pipes were free and clean. Would highly recommend this company.

1st time I have had a severe blockage in the main soil pipe. The call taker was very understanding, clear about pricing and arranged an urgent visit from their Engineer on Sunday Morning.
Ben, the engineer was totally professional, polite and caring. He explained what was happening and showed the cause of the blockage on his CCTV and went above and beyond to clear a blockage that was not easy to get to subsequently reinstating 2 toilets, 2 sinks and a bath. Drain Dr, thank you all so much for your professionism.

Jake explained all the options available and spent a lot of time without charge diagnosing the issue for us. Using the CCTV camera he was able to identify the issue and allow us to take photos along with a detailed report to send back to the building owners. Fantastic service, would certainly use again. Great service! I called Drain Doctor at 9am and Jake arrived at lunchtime the same day. Having a blocked drain is pretty stressful for us non-DIY types but Jake was reassuring, explaining what he was going to do before the job started. He managed to unblock the drain and showed me the work using the camera. I was really impressed with the speed of service and thorough job which was left clean and tidy. Thank you Jake!

For the attention of Richard, we had a tuff start yesterday morning with some issues, Richard worked extremely hard, then later that morning hit another snag that they couldn't get to remove some of the bolts.
We looked at options to put an alternative stop tap in the loft, which wasn't practical, but another solution was that I got my handy man to remove some bricks in the wall in the hallway for better access. The job was completed and very satisfied. Thank you again.
