Very happy with Excelsior Cars. First time using their service and will definitely use again. Good communication on arrival, our flight was slightly delayed but it wasn't a problem for Shak (our driver). Good price and was able to provide a baby seat no problem.

Used Excelsior cars to convey us from Droitwich to Heathrow T5 (LHR). Our driver Carta was bang on time. Stress free journey, & informed us of the procedure for the pick up FROM Heathrow 11 days later. Again he was on time. On both journeys Carta was talkative when you included him in conversation, but did not force his conversation onto us. A really nice guy, taking the stress away from having to drive to LHR at such an early time (05:00) & the rigmarole/cost of parking, & on return after a long haul flight. Highly recommended & will use again

Booking online from Poland for airport transfer to the hotel was not s problem
The driver Amo texted me before I landed and we were in touch the minute I landed. Found me quicky at the car park and I got a bottle of chilled water to relax after the flight on the way to my hotel. Very good service. Thank you Amo, thank you Excelsior cars.

Excellent company. We used Excelsior Cars for an airport transfer to Birmingham from Stourbridge for 8 of our family. Kamran took us to the airport and Shak brought us back home - both are excellent drivers. Both journeys were exactly on time and with really good communication so I'd certainly recommend them and I'll use them again. Well done.

Booked Excelsior Cars last min for an airport to Drayton Manor trip. My son has Autism and get can over stimulated very easy but Shak was wonderful. He was on time and very friendly. Car was spotless and the journey was enjoyable & reasonably priced. We will recommend them to family at home(Dublin) when coming to Drayton in future.
