Needed a taxi for 7 people, to and from an event 20 miles from us. The booking process was straightforward and the price reasonable. An email confirmation of the booking was received. On the day, the driver made contact and confirmed timings. He arrived exactly on time there and back and was helpful and polite throughout our journey. A great experience from start to finish.

Contacted by our driver Rocco the day before pick-up confirming time. Rocco arrived bang on time and was very friendly and got us to the airport with no hassle. Highly recommend Excelsior cars.

Great company, efficient booking, spotless cars and very friendly drivers. I use them a lot for airport transfers as they are great value for money. Hasan, my driver tonight was very pleasant and the communication from him was excellent so even though my flight arrived late everything was still efficient and smooth

Really fantastic! I am disabled and needed assistance into the airport. It was no problem. My driver fetched a wheelchair and wheeled me and my luggage in. Very helpful and friendly. This will be my go to service from now on!

A mix up with the booking was sorted out efficiently by Abid and we were at the airport in time for our flight. On our return Abid picked us up and was most apologetic for the booking problem. I would definitely use this company again

Sometimes, it's the little things which make you remember a service. That is certainly the case with Excelsior cars. My driver, Hasan, met me at the airport with clear communication. A few days later, he brought me back. The thing is, he remembered my radio station preference from the first journey and had it ready. These are the little things that make a service special. Booked a taxi with excelsior and our flight was delayed till the early hours of the morning. Our driver SHAK kept us updated and helped load and unload our luggage. Would recommend to all my family and friends and of course recommend shak aswell.
