A mix up with the booking was sorted out efficiently by Abid and we were at the airport in time for our flight. On our return Abid picked us up and was most apologetic for the booking problem. I would definitely use this company again

Sometimes, it's the little things which make you remember a service. That is certainly the case with Excelsior cars. My driver, Hasan, met me at the airport with clear communication. A few days later, he brought me back. The thing is, he remembered my radio station preference from the first journey and had it ready. These are the little things that make a service special. Booked a taxi with excelsior and our flight was delayed till the early hours of the morning. Our driver SHAK kept us updated and helped load and unload our luggage. Would recommend to all my family and friends and of course recommend shak aswell.

My daughter was stranded at Birmingham New Street Station after a signal failure on the way to watch Coldplay at Cardiff. Abid and Rocco saved the day, excellent service, Rocco kept her entertained and stayed with her until we arrived in Cardiff. Cannot praise them highly enough fantastic customer service !!
