Perfect transfer to and from B’ham airport!
Booking online was very easy and good to see prices for each vehicle up front.
Had 2 top drivers in SHAK and IRFAN who dropped us off and picked us up. Both made contact beforehand, were friendly, and bang on time for both journeys.
Don’t think I’ve ever had a smoother airport transfer, and will definitely use again in the future.

Booked Excelsior taxi to move from Birmingham to Glasgow. Best decision ever to take the road. With an amazing company of Mr. Rocco who not only drove me to my destination but also helped me settling my luggage, I can definitely say I will book this service again and again for every move. Booked excelsior for airport transfer to hotel, was so glad we did as our flight was delayed and arrived at 1am, had a text from our driver SHAK when we landed to let us know he was waiting for us in arrivals, took us to our hotel 30 minutes away without any fuss, have already booked them for return journey to airport, so we will definitely use the service again

I recently used Excelsior Cars for the first time - instead of using Airport Parking at B'ham Airport. Their excellent service means that I will definitely be using them again in future. Our driver Mr Irfan was great with communications. He went the extra mile to resolve the problem that our incoming airport passengers had no UK phone. I highly recommend excelsior, especially if you are lucky enough to have Mr Irfan as your driver.

Very friending and accommodating driver, clean car, and dropped us right into the racecourse.
Again, kept in touch with an ETA for pick up, and sent location of where he was, which was again, inside the racecourse.
