Very impressed with this company. Efficient booking system, easy to pay and very reasonable compared to parking in Birmingham. The driver Shak was extremely polite and professional and the car was spotless. Will be using them more for my work trips

Our driver Shak had excellent communication. The booking process was straightforward and stress free. Our flight was delayed and we were able to communicate all these changes with our driver to ensure we were still picked up promptly, we also faced diversions to our destination, and he found an alternative route with no extra charge and no fuss. Would definitely recommend.

SHAK the driver. He came to the house early, to pick up 4 adults and 2 grandchildren. SHAK text me with instructions and the last day of our holiday, again when we landed. He met us outside arrivals and helped with the bags back to the mini bus.
He also offered to drop our daughter back at their house.
With this your holiday starts at your door with no stress.
From now on I’m not driving to the airport.

We booked a return service to Birmingham Airport and had no issues, the drivers were on time, polite and friendly- Kamran tracked out flight back and was there for us even though we arrived later than expected. We had a mini van and an mpv they were great for us, plenty of space luggage

To fit in our car. Saved us some money on not using the car park at the airport. The motorway was also closed
Off in a few locations due to roadworks and accidents and Kamran knew his redirection route and got us home as
Quickly as possible!

Absolutely fantastic service from booking to completion. I booked a return trip to Birmingham Airport and not only was the pricing great but service was exceptional! I had two airport services provided by Shak this weekend and he was great! Clear communication when I landed and then again before going back to the airport. Shak was early to pick us up, we were ot quite ready but he was happy to wait. The mini bus was immaculate inside and we had a great journey to the airport. Shak was friendly and helped with our baggage. We have our return journey booked and hope it runs as smoothly as this one. Excelsior is my go to transport company in Birmingham. Always on time with excellent service. There is no one I trust more with those stressful journeys to the airport. Shaq has taken us the last couple trips and he is a star. Massive help with the bags and knew to get the radio down and move carefully over bumps with our crabby baby riding along. Highly recommend Excelsior
