Talk about under promise & overdeliver, by far the best service I have experienced. I know that’s odd, a taxi is a taxi.........but this was a Mary Poppins taxi!
All the usual, on time, polite etc......now the weather forecast was not good on the day, so Abid had arrived with a large umbrella for us to use for the day, this was just 1 of many little things that made a huge difference ............you should see for yourself, highly recommend you do!

Brilliant service....again! Arrived 8pm 13 Jan 2019. Flight delayed but Excelsior driver (Abid) waiting there to help me with luggage. Cant say enough to recommend Excelsior. Best by far in the area. Will be using Excelsior again in March. Thanks again

Abid recently met us at Birmingham Airport and dropped us back a few days later for our trip to Stratford Upon Avon. We would strongly recommend him for his polite, safe and timely service. It was a very pleasant journey both ways and we enjoyed the chat.

My wife booked this company for me, from West Midlands to Heathrow Airport, so a 2 hour plus journey. I was a little skeptical, I had not done this journey using a hire car before. So all the usual stuff going through my mind, will they turn up, what will the driver be like, etc!
Well I need not have worried. Turned up 5 minutes early, helped with my bags, very hospitable, made me feel very comfortable after a very stressful lead up to the day of my trip. It was a very enjoyable relaxing journey to the airport. I would highly recommend Excelsior cars, and the price was very reasonable - looking forward to the return journey!
