My wife booked this company for me, from West Midlands to Heathrow Airport, so a 2 hour plus journey. I was a little skeptical, I had not done this journey using a hire car before. So all the usual stuff going through my mind, will they turn up, what will the driver be like, etc!
Well I need not have worried. Turned up 5 minutes early, helped with my bags, very hospitable, made me feel very comfortable after a very stressful lead up to the day of my trip. It was a very enjoyable relaxing journey to the airport. I would highly recommend Excelsior cars, and the price was very reasonable - looking forward to the return journey!

Excellent service at very short notice (less than 12 hours). They saved the day and got my grandmother to the airport when my car broke down. The driver was patient and helpful with my elderly, and slightly deaf, granny! Very reasonable prices too - Hereford to Birmingham airport for under £100. I highly recommend this service.

Great Service! I booked last minute and my reservation was accepted in less than 10min, it even allowed me to book a chil car seat!. The driver picked us at the arrival on time, car seat was provided and bottle water. I would definitely book the service again!
