Needed a taxi on 3-8-18 to BHX 5:15pm. Arrived early, great service. I would definitely recommend. I asked to be dropped at premium for extra £2 parking and of course this was no problem.

Second time i have used Abdi and Excelsior cars for hassle free door to door service from Birmingham airport to Staffs. Polite and efficent service. Booking from overseas was easy with a call to confirm within ten minutes of making the online reservation. Friendly and conversational driver and a straight forward journey. We used Excelsior Cars for the first time and we cannot fault them. The booking was easy using the website, and gave us a discount for "thebestof", and was confirmed by a phone call a short time later. The driver Abid was prompt for the early morning pickup to Birmingham Airport in his comfortable MPV6. On our return he met us in the terminal as part of his Meet and Greet service, before a relaxing return journey home. Thank you Excelsior Cars.

We booked excelsior cars for an airport transfer from our village in Staffordshire to Birmingham airport . A party of six including three children we were picked up promptly at 3 am ! Brilliant! The service we received was exceptional, courteous and helpful drivers, who drove safely and considerately. We were picked up quality promptly for our return journey two weeks later. Excelsior cars took all the stress out of getting to the airport, and the online booking system was a real plus . I would highly recommend Excelsior cars .

“Excellent service from start to finish. Abid dropped us off at Heathrow. Hassle free journey as usually I avoid London airports and it was a pleasure to chat to him on the way down.
Was a perfect start to the holiday until i realised I had left my wallet at home , Abid even offered to give me the back the money I had given him, and I could pay him when I got back to UK. I don't think anyone else would have done that.
Really impressed with Kabir as soon as I landed at Heathrow he had already texted me. Perfect journey back to Birmingham.
Will definitely recommend this company to all friends and family, and will definitely use them again ! They also don't take advance payment until the journey is confirmed when they contact you to confirm all details.

We had two great journeys between Solihull and Stansted. The driver that arrived to collect us from home was slightly early (perfect - no worries that the taxi won't arrive and no stress thinking we had to leave early), very polite and courteous. There were some issues on the roads which caused some delay, so he checked our flight departure time with me - we had left plenty of time, and by then had found out our flight was delayed, so there was no issue, but it was good to be kept informed.
Abid met us for our return journey. Our flight was delayed, yet again, and when we arrived (two hours late), I had a missed call and a text from Abid who was parked a short way from the pick up and drop off point. He came to meet us as soon as we had collected our luggage. Abid was brilliant. He offered us sweets, though we didn't have any - a nice touch :-); he pulled in to a service station when my son was feeling car sick so he could settle his stomach; he then dropped me slightly off route so I could get to my step-daughter's concert on time and continued on to drop off my 16 year old son at home.
So, in summary, perfect service which goes above and beyond! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Excelsior Cars to anyone
