Excellent service from the Birmingham airport to Nottingham. The owner is very friendly and helpful. At the last moment I had to change the car that I booked, but I just had to pay a small amount in addition. Definitely the most convenient means of transportation and I highly recommend Excelsior cars.

Great service for pre-booking your journeys. Simple,easy to use on-line booking process and you can pay on-line too so no need to worry about cash. Our driver was polite and professional and was outside the house waiting for us at our booked time - all in all it made getting to the airport hassle free.

Excellent service from start to finish. Abid dropped us off at Heathrow. Hassle free journey as usually I avoid London airports and it was a pleasure to chat to him on the way down.
Was a perfect start to the holiday until i realised I had left my wallet at home , Abid even offered to give me the back the money I had given him, and I could pay him when I got back to UK. I don't think anyone else would have done that.
Really impressed with Kabir as soon as I landed at Heathrow he had already texted me. Perfect journey back to Birmingham.
Will definitely recommend this company to all friends and family, and will definitely use them again ! They also don't take advance payment until the journey is confirmed when they contact you to confirm all details.

This was my first time to book this company after a recommendation from a friend. Online booking was very easy and the rates were very reasonable. My flight to Birmingham arrived in the early hours of the morning so it was a relief to receive a text message as soon as I arrived from the driver to say he was waiting for me. The service was excellent and I also used them for my return to the airport the following week. I can highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

I have used Excelsior Cars on a number of occasions and would highly recommend them. The service is second to none. They are professional and friendly everytime and their rates are very competitive too. Most recently they arranged a transfer for a party of 11 and it was no trouble at all.
