I researched a lot of kennels for my little man and the reason I chose this one was because it seemed all about the dogs having fun as well as being their number one priority my little man was 8 months old and spent almost 4 weeks at K9 he absolutely loved it the pics they sent were amazing he had so much fun really put our minds at rest I will not use anyone else in the future Jess and her team are fab Malcolm loved his country walks and swimming lessons xx

Olive and Shelby always love their stay, especially the country walks, swims and icy treats! We took them elsewhere for years, and after we started to hear worrying things we immediately looked for another facility. Nowhere compares with K9 Core, we wouldn't take them anywhere else now.

Would highly recommend k9 core this was the second time two of my girls stayed here and a first time for my older girl I was so worried about them going has you hear stroys of dogs kennels and because they are my baby's but we had no other choice but to put them in kennels. The lady reassure me that they would be fine and they will settle I would text each day to ask how they were and I would get a reply back straight away. Upon fetching them they were happy thankyou so much 😄

My dog stayed for the first time, at Christmas, I was apprehensive leaving him, but from the video I could see he had a great time, and jess was such a lovely lady would definitely recommend and will use them again
Once again my dog stayed here this time for 6 days I was worried because he had been morose for a few days sensing I was going away, but I was pleasently surprised to see a pic of him in the pool, he seemed to be quite content, thank you again for taking good care of him

Our 2 girls stayed at K9 Core for 10 nights early May, 2023. We hadn't left the girls for 5 years previously so our concerns with how they would cope were massive. We had read K9's reviews and were comforted by the comments from other users. My major concern was one of our girls is from B'ham Dogs Home so of course I didn't want her to feel abandoned again! I didn't cope well on boarding the plane and the first thing on landing was to call and check in with K9. I was assured they were fine but a little shy, which was to be expected. Each day after, I called to check on them and was full of apologies as I felt I must be driving them mad. Within no time I was given an update that only someone who cared and had spent time with them to have learned so much about their individual personalities, especially so soon. This update made me smile and my holiday had begun. I knew then that they had accepted where they were and were not afraid. I have so much praise for this boarding home, my only negatives were that they couldn't take their toys for comfort. I would recommend this business for sure! Thanks to all at K9 for as you say, giving our dogs their holiday.

I can't recommend these kennels enough!
My two have just come back from there today Jasper who is a nervous dog and Nova who is hyper have loved their stay. They were clean, happy and well looked after. The last kennels they went to they came home filthy, withdrawn and shaking. It took use three weeks to get them back to how they were before.
You can definitely see the difference in the care and you can see the staff care for them properly.

First time leaving our greyhound here. They replied to my message asking how he was & put a photo of him on FB. Friendly staff, you walk into the complex to drop off & pick up, which reassured me. They even showered him as he rolled in something on a walk. They gave him an Easter box of treats 💙

This was the first time we was taking our very spoiled Labradors to kennels and was very unsure how they would take to it, From the initial call explaining all of our worries to Jess I just knew that they would be in good care. We dropped them off and the handover was really good very well explained and listened and noted down anything they needed to know. Whilst we was away we messaged daily and always got a reply quickly with an update on the dogs and even how they had wished One of our dogs a happy birthday as soon as they seen them that day. Whilst there we booked them in for a fitness swim which they seemed to love and we had some great pic's. We collected them yesterday and they seemed so happy we had a lovely chat at collection about the benefits of hydrotherapy and how they had been during their stay. Lovely staff who understand that we love our dogs like family. K9 core are the first people we have ever trusted with our 4 year old labs and we will 100% be back to board and swim. They came home looking very healthy... Very happy pup dog pawrents

After my usual kennel closed, I was recommended to try K9 core, which I did for one night. My dog came back happy so I’ve already booked her in again for a week. Looks like this is going to be my new regular boarding choice.

My dogs boarded with K9 Core over Christmas and they enjoyed a Christmas dinner and were given present boxes upon leaving which was a lovely touch at no additional cost to us. My dogs were well looked after and it was lovely to see them so happy and healthy after a week away. I felt the price was very reasonable for the level of service provided and lots of optional extras too.

I would recommend K9 kennels to anyone. I was anxious about leaving our 7yo Archie in kennels for the weekend as it was his first time away from us, but we was assured he was in good hands and were always given an update when messaging to see how he was. Archie didn't seem too bothered when he saw us pick him up so we will take that as he enjoyed his stay :) Overall very good service and would definitely use again.

Jess and staff are fantastic. My 2 German shepherd's are always excited to visit. I never have to worry when I leave them knowing they will be safe and well cared for. Wouldnt use anywhere else.

We recently had to put a family members dog Alfie into kennels due to a hospital stay with a constantly changing timescale. The owner Jess and also Karen were very understanding with letting us extend the stay for Alfie multiple times. We had no doubt that Alfie would be cared for very well, and he was groomed and bathed to a very good standard. We were given a lead and food for Alfie when he left after 17 weeks which was very kind. Couldn’t recommend enough, thankyou so much x

We had our Staffy board with K9 Core for 11 nights recently. What can I say... outstanding service. When we have boarded her in the past with other kennels she has come home looking a lot skinnier than when we dropped her off, however when we picked her up from K9 Core she looks healthy and she was happy. The team had noticed that she had dropped a little weight over the course of her stay and they made sure she was getting a little extra food to keep her weight up. Amazing service. Thank you for looking after our girl ❤️

My dog stayed here for a week for the first time. The staff are friendly and the facility is clean and looks fun. Casey (my dog) was not in the least fussed when we returned so I will take that as a brilliant sign that she had a good stay.

Sorry for late review . Left our 2 dogs for 2 nights in August they seem to really enjoy themselves and have already booked for a longer stay so we can have our first holiday in 5 years and I no they will be looked after well .

I would highly recommend k9 core kennels to anyone. I was apprehensive leaving my 8 month old puppies while we were away. I really did not need to worry, they always answered my messages letting me know how they were settling. They treat the dogs like there own. Will be booking again soon for next year.
