We picked up our Nigel this morning after his first time at K9 Core where he stayed for the last 3+ weeks during Storm Arwen. We were away, worrying about him. We needn’t have, he was just fine apparently in the hands of these dog loving, amazing people. We had used another kennel in the past quite faithfully for over 20 years, but they closed their doors to business recently due to covid. I am quite happy they closed their doors, otherwise I never would have had the great fortune of trying K9 Core with our beloved furry child. The difference in him when we picked him up and got him home was like night and day! You can tell they (Jess) got to know our dog and his little quirks well. I never had that feeling with the other kennel. K9 genuinely cares for the animals in their care, and it shows! Nigel was excited to be home but calmer than he’s ever been after returning from the kennels. Thank you, K9 Core, for taking such great care of our little man.

Marshall, my border, had occasion to stay for a week. Booking in his stay was a lengthy process. However, when I took him in I was able to book him a grooming session whilst there, which he was overdue for, and although not quite ready when I went to collect him the groomer did a very good job on him (thank you). As a boarding facility they require that the pet boarded be vaccinated appropriately and treated for worms and fleas which is a very sage precaution; I would hate my pet becoming ill through another and, likewise, I would not have liked my pet causing another's illness. All in all I think the staff were very helpful and professional. Hopefully, Marshall will be booked in for another stay soon.

Absolutely Amazing Team & Kennels!
I will be recommending these Kennels to my family and friends. Titch came home today happy and as springy as he went in.

AJ has just been for his first stay and we are so happy. He had a lovely stay and he was looked after as well as we look after him. You’ve soon got to know him and his quirky ways. So glad we have found you, and looking forward to his next stay in December, thanks again

The only place we will take Kassie our GSD. We never have to worry about her and know that she is in excellent hands and has her needs met and more. Jess is so knowledgeable and truly understands the personality and behaviour of dogs, especially Shepherds that can be a bit of a handful when young. Literally wouldn't trust anywhere else with our dog. Thank you!

cant thank them enough for the care they take over them. Had them bathed before coming home and they look and smell amazing.

Our German Shepherd Skye can be anxious, but came home relaxed from her stay.
Must have enjoyed her activities as she went straight to sleep on getting home

I have used the K9 Core boarding kennels a couple of times for my bulldog who has many special requirements such as medication, daily face wipes for wrinkles and ears, over heating issues and much more. Both times he has come back happy and healthy, I could see pictures of him from the K9 Core Facebook site and also message Jess who was happy to give updates on his welfare. Jess and the team seem to be very understanding of his requirements and have ensured his care is to my own standards. Highly recommended will certainly be returning in the future, great care and facilities and very professional service.

Just collected my German Shepherd from her “spa groom” she looks & smells beautiful! Finally found someone who does a brilliant job & no fuss! Won’t be taking my dog anywhere else! Have been to other places with poor service, Jess & K9 core are top quality service.

We left her for 4 days with a walk every day
And a groom for when we picked her up she looked great and happy.

Cannot recommend these guys enough it was my first time leaving my Jeffery anywhere, I was very apprehensive especially with the hot weather we’ve had over the weekend, but he was looked after so well they were brilliant with him, thank you so much for looking after him so well.. will definitely be using you again x

Our Mini English Bull Terrier stayed at K9 Core for a week. Jess and the team did a great job looking after Ripley. The whole area is clean, safe and secure. There was lots of toys, a paddling pool and a little plastic jungle gym for her to play with. We were kept updated with photos while we were away. Before we collected her, Ripley was pampered and cleaned in the on site spa. We will definitely be using the service again.

Absolutely brilliant service! Would HIGHLY recommend!! My baby was a little frightened at first but Jess always made sure he was comfortable and confident. Jess is a lovely woman! Always managed to squeeze us in and lovely to talk to. Both myself and my dog thoroughly enjoyed going to the hydro sessions! I’m so grateful we found a service like K9 Core instead of ending in an operation. 100% would recommend Jess and K9 Core! 🤎

I took two of my dogs yesterday for a swim fun session. Connie and Evie had an amazing time and really did well with the swimming, Jess was amazing with them both and put them at ease and they loved her . Will definitely book again soon thanks Jess
