I was very nervous about leaving my dog, Kodi for the first time... K9 Core put me at ease from start to finish and in the end I dont think he wanted to come home!
Jess and the team are very professional, I know Kodi was well looked after and loved the canal walks! The updates on fb were much appreciated and it was great to see him having so much fun.
I will definitely use K9 Core again. can't recommend enough 🥰

This was our first time using K9 as the one near us had shut down. Brilliant friendly service, all the dogs looked like they had plenty of room in their kennels, there is even a play area with a paddling pool. It was very secure and the place was well looked after, very neat and tidy. We have found our new kennels for our pampered pooch, because even he needs a holiday.
You can use this boarding kennels and know your dog is well looked after. 10/10

Our dog has stayed a few times now and will continue to do so as and when he needs to. We thoroughly recommend K9 Core for not only overnight stays and for holidays etc but also for grooming. A lovely, friendly team of humans too! 😀

Our 2 dogs stayed here last week it was the first time we’ve used a kennel and we were really nervous but the staff at k9 core were extremely helpful with all our phone calls before also when we dropped them off. The 2 dogs absolutely loved their stay I can’t praise k9 core enough and we will be recommending them to anyone who asks. We’ve already booked them back in for our next holiday 🐾 🐾

When I arrived at the gates to take my dogs into the kennels I was already crying as my dogs had only ever been in kennels once before so I was very nervous about leaving them (especially my old lady).
Jess was absolutely brilliant and listened to my every concern about my dogs, I was very confident in her and her team to know they would get 5* treatment.
Well I needn't have worried as they had a super time. They greated me like children that had just been to the best party ever.

Took my dog Harry for a groom. They did an amazing job of a dog who does not particularly like a bath. Haha
That are very kind and really good with the animals. Harry does not like loud noises, so are careful with the blowers around his ears.
Would highly recommend K9.

My dog absolutely loved his visit to K9 Core! he went on extra country and canal walks and he seemed happy as Larry when I collected him.

We picked up our Nigel this morning after his first time at K9 Core where he stayed for the last 3+ weeks during Storm Arwen. We were away, worrying about him. We needn’t have, he was just fine apparently in the hands of these dog loving, amazing people. We had used another kennel in the past quite faithfully for over 20 years, but they closed their doors to business recently due to covid. I am quite happy they closed their doors, otherwise I never would have had the great fortune of trying K9 Core with our beloved furry child. The difference in him when we picked him up and got him home was like night and day! You can tell they (Jess) got to know our dog and his little quirks well. I never had that feeling with the other kennel. K9 genuinely cares for the animals in their care, and it shows! Nigel was excited to be home but calmer than he’s ever been after returning from the kennels. Thank you, K9 Core, for taking such great care of our little man.

Marshall, my border, had occasion to stay for a week. Booking in his stay was a lengthy process. However, when I took him in I was able to book him a grooming session whilst there, which he was overdue for, and although not quite ready when I went to collect him the groomer did a very good job on him (thank you). As a boarding facility they require that the pet boarded be vaccinated appropriately and treated for worms and fleas which is a very sage precaution; I would hate my pet becoming ill through another and, likewise, I would not have liked my pet causing another's illness. All in all I think the staff were very helpful and professional. Hopefully, Marshall will be booked in for another stay soon.

Absolutely Amazing Team & Kennels!
I will be recommending these Kennels to my family and friends. Titch came home today happy and as springy as he went in.
He is hoping to visit again in February.

The only place we will take Kassie our GSD. We never have to worry about her and know that she is in excellent hands and has her needs met and more. Jess is so knowledgeable and truly understands the personality and behaviour of dogs, especially Shepherds that can be a bit of a handful when young. Literally wouldn't trust anywhere else with our dog. Thank you!

Fantastic place, great service, easy booking, drop off & pick up organised & smooth
Our German Shepherd Skye can be anxious, but came home relaxed from her stay.
Must have enjoyed her activities as she went straight to sleep on getting home
