I used Duncan Piper of IMH this summer to find a particular type of mortgage for the purchase of a new home. Duncan quickly found exactly the product I was looking for and took all the stress out of the application process. Our re-mortgage was far from straightforward due to complicated medical circumstances, but David and the people at IMH were always patient, diligent and helpful. The took the stress out of the situation during a very stressful period for us personally and ensured that the process of re-mortgaging was one thing we didn't need to worry about.
