I can only say that the service received was excellent and the attention to detail superb which is a rarity these days. We quickly transacted the deal despite me throwing the "yes but what if" card at Duncan several times.

Again I was impressed with the follow up and chasers, yes I am sure IMH wanted my deal but at the same time they worked hard to get it. As a busy man with a lot going on, it was nice to have that support when needed.
