If it wasn't for David Bowen and the team at IMH I wouldn't be living in my perfect home, i would probably still be trying to organise a mortgage!
David was extremely helpful, nothing was too much for him, even with my difficult credit rating he managed to find a mortgage that was right for me and my husband. Even after being messed around by one lender, he worked day after day to make sure everything went to plan, he explained everything to me in a way that I would understand, he broke things down for me and made sure I was getting the best deal and the best value for money.
For this I will be forever grateful and will definitely be contacting him when my fixed rate is up! I couldn't have done this without him.

There are other mortgage options available, so why did (do) I choose IMH? Quite simply because of the people involved in the business. Jeff, Claire, Duncan and the team are friendly, efficient and do what they claim to be able to do ie get the right mortgage for you at the right price from a whole of market choice - boy does that make them competitive! When I first stepped on to the home owning ladder as a single person with minimal experience of mortgages and all that goes with them, to say it was daunting was an understatement!! However, I was guided through the whole process by Dave Bowen. His advice was clear, concise, but most of all, non-patronising. Since then he has advised and guided me through a further 2 mortgage applications always searching out the best deal. I have recommended him to friends in the past and would not hesitate to do so in the future

I would like to thank IMH for their work in securing me a highly competitive mortgage. In particular I would like to thank Jeff Robinson and Claire Picken for their work; they went the extra mile to get the mortgage setup as quickly as possible and I was overwhelmed by the speed at which they organised the logistics and chased through every step of the process efficiently and professionally. I was also thrilled with the specifics of the mortgage I was secured; the monthly payments and interest rates were far lower than I could find with my own research. The results are the best Christmas present I could have asked before; exchanging on the 22nd December! Thanks again to them both.

Duncan Piper was an absolute pleasure to work with through the process of buying an investment property from a vendor who kept changing his mind and going silent, and was using an agent who thought it was my job to negotiate with the vendor. Dave Bowen worked with us for my son's first house purchase. He impressed us as professional throughout and always went the extra mile. Polite and friendly and kept us informed.
