I am a very happy customer. I recently visited the Sofa factory for help/support because the caster on one of our armchair had fallen off. The staff were absolutely super helpful in sourcing the bits needed. They took a photo of the broken caster & telephoned us within days to say they had found a part which might fit. This is excellent customer care & service and we would like to thank them for taking the time to listen to our needs & for their help. A “Thumbs up” from us.

Mark provided exceptional service and is a wonderful person. After searching extensively, I was unimpressed with the leather and filling quality at places like DFS. However, I was truly impressed with the quality at Sofa Outlet. Mark kept us informed throughout the process, updating us on their progress. Excellent service, very helpful lady called Kami who was very polite and gave excellent customer service in helping me with my order of a leather three piece suite. The settee was made to the measurements that I requested. The men who delivered the three piece suite were very efficient, quick and helpful. I had a small problem with one of the cushions and this was dealt with quickly, efficiently and sorted. Thank you to you all.
