Highly recommend Gavin and his work!! Very detailed and really good prices. Gavin has done some work for a few of my neighbours who recommended him to me. Gavin kept to his word with times and days also kept me up to speed with work that needs doing at what he has completed. Can't recommend Gavin enough! We'd had a crazy quote for some guttering work from another company, I was recommended to try Gavin instead, thank goodness I did! Gavin was extremely helpful and reliable. He explained the whole process thoroughly, I also asked him to check our chimneys while he was up there, good job he did as he was able to show us another reason as to why we are getting damp, Gavin took photos to show us - which is a nice touch for you to be able to see the issue for yourself. Nice to know a genuinely honest and helpful person, will be using again shortly to fix our chimney and have regular gutter cleaning/maintenance.

A real friendly gentleman turned up to do a gutter clean on our property and all of the gutters and down pipes were cleaned out throughout with photos before and after provided. The down pipes in particular were blocked and this would have only started to cause issues with the building in time.
I can't recommend Gavin enough for a top professional job and at a realistic cost too.

We had our roof, gutters and fascias cleaned over the Easter Bank Holiday.
Gavin arrived as planned, was with us for around 6.5 hours and completed the most amazing cleaning job on our roof. Whilst he was here, he was able to take photos for issues he had found with our roof whilst looking down from the cherry picker.
He was also (at our request), able to recommend a reliable roofer colleague to us.
The results : I am so delighted with the work carried out by Gavin.
I will now keep recommending him to people I know and will ask him back again, next year, to clean the facias and guttering for us.
The house now looks like it did when we first moved into it, as a new build, 21 years ago.

Hired, on three separate days, a Cherrypicker from That Cleaning Guy to help me paint my house. At 8.5m highest point, I didn’t fancy a ladder or scaffolding so phoned Gavin and he set me up. He assessed my needs and determined which of his vehicles would be best, and due to my narrow drive, hired out a Cherrypicker with straight drop down stabilisers - prefect!
Would definitely recommend, absolute game changer and day rate very reasonable. 👍

Gavin is reliable, helpful and super at completing our work. Our gutters always need cleaning out and gavin is great at communicating when he can come round and do the work. He takes before and after photos so you can really see the difference. Would highly recommend

That cleaning guy cleaned our roof today and has done a fabulous job. It rained all the time he was here and he was very wet but he carried on until he’d finished. We are really pleased with the results and wouldn’t hesitate at recommending him to anyone.

I was in a little bit of trouble as a roof tile had came my roof during strong winds, a ladder or scaffold was not an option due to the access, I googled a man with a cherry picker and Gavin came up on the best of Walsall, I called Gavin and explained the situation and I also explained that I might be to far out of area as I live in Stratford upon Avon, Gavin asked me to send him some pictures which I promptly did, I could not believe it when Gavin called me straight back and said he would be with me later on that day, he also said if I could get a new roof tile he could attend with a roofer to fit it for me, I agreed to this as the tile needing cutting with a grinder which I was not confident in doing, sure enough Gavin called me to say he was on the way, he arrived with the roofer and got straight on with it, with in no time at all it was job complete.
Gavin gave me a fantastic price before he attended and this did not alter when he arrived.
When of the most friendly reliable guys I have ever met and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

Gavin did some work on a neighbours house and I took his card; I am so glad I did as my daughter's bedroom had water coming into it and I called Gavin to have a look. Gavin responded quickly and arrived with the tools to see what the issue was. The work was finished in no time and we have had no mire issues with the water leaking. Gavin did an excellent job and informed me step by step of what he was doing and what the issue was and how it could be rectified. I called Gavin again for a broken tile at the front of the house and again Gavin attended promptly and replaced the tile. Friendly and trustworthy and efficient. I would definitely call Gavin again should any issues arise again with the roof, guttering etc. I am glad I asked Gavin for his business card when I saw him attending the neighbours house.
