Massive thank you to Gavin for getting me out of a pickle. My home cctv camera had somehow come loose and dangling from the soffit. My ladder wasn't long enough reach and probably not safe enough, Gavin came out with his cherry picker which was much safer and we got it fixed in no time. Cheers Gavin

Excellent service, very responsive to messages. Efficient, sends before and after photos so you can see the difference. Gavin is lovely and very respectful of our property. Would definitely recommend. Great job and cleaned extra parts so they didn’t just fall into newly cleaned gutters and block them again.

Very impressed with Gavin, That Cleaning Guy. Arrived early, set up on time and made a very good job of cleaning roof/guttering and removing all the moss. Roof is now more like the original colour! He worked straight through and cleaned up thoroughly. His prices are very competitive and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I often use best of walsall, to find local trademan and yet again I was not disappointed. Gavin aka That Cleaning Guy, was an absolute godsend.
From initial contact, coming out to quote, to the end of the job, Gavin went the extra mile.
He transformed the look of the outside of our nursery. Cleaning all gutterings, windows, conservatory and slabbed areas. We even had comments from parents and carers about how much brighter everything looked.
We are that pleased with the end result, that we have decided to use Gavin's services moving forward. 10/10 would recommend.

Gavin did a great job of cleaning both my house and garage roofs. A big job. Weather was against him some of the time but that didn’t stop him. My roofs look like a new build. He worked solidly without stopping. I’ll be having him back next spring to clean my paviours. I have no qualms in recommending him.

Gavin worked tirelessly to cut down my fir trees, which were over 40ft tall. He also took away all the debris and left everything as he found it. Cannot recommend him highly enough and at a fair price too, he really is 'the best'!

Gavin has done an amazing job of cleaning our roof & drive. It looks like a new roof!! He arrived on time and worked so hard all day to remove 17 years worth of dirt. I cannot believe how much better it looks!! I’d highly recommend his services!

I had an issue with birds getting the moss from my roof and making a real mess on the drive, the gutters were full of it and heavy rain became a nightmare. The cleaning that “That cleaning Guy” carried out for me was amazing, my roof looks like it did when the house was new. Brilliant service, he came on time, worked solidly throughout the day until the job was completed and left me feeling very pleased with his work. I am 100% happy to recommend this company to anyone.

Have been having problems with water overflowing my gutters. That cleaning guy cam and sorted it quickly with a deep clean and blockage removal. No fuss no muss. Highly recommended.
