Gavin and his mate have just finished doing an excellent job of cleaning the gutters and roof of our house.
Friendly and trust worthy , photos before and after.
I saw them working on a house over the road and was impressed with the standard. of their work( the roof looked amazing as does ours) and their attention to health and safety and cleaning up.

I had my roof and gutters cleaned by Gavin today. Absolutely fantastic job done at a brilliant rate. The amount of moss and filth that came down was incredible, but everything was cleaned up perfectly. I’ll definitely be using That Cleaning Guy again. Great company.

Gavin came with his cherry picker to get our 2 roofers up to repair our roof today. He manned the cherry picker throughout, even our roofers commented what a great guy he is. Nothing was too much trouble, he knew his stuff, and the hire cost was great value for money too. We've had a quote for some future work from Gavin as we were so impressed he will definitely be hired again. Top job all round, thanks Gavin!!

We hired Gavin and his cherry picker to help us put up the Christmas lights at our primary school in Sutton Coldfield. Absolutely superb service. Gavin accommodated all of our requirements, nothing was too much trouble for him and the cost was a fraction of hiring a cherry picker from one of the national hire companies (plus Gavin operated it for us!) Cannot recommend enough, we will certainly use him again.

Can't recommend Gavin enough. He helped me out at very short notice when he was on his way to another job. I was able to get to a hopper on the top of a four storey building to repair a cover. I'll definitely be using Gavin and his cherry picker next time he's in the area. Thank you for your time Gavin.

Absolutely great service. Details were given in a neighbourhood group as recommendations of the great work he does. Messaged him and he came within the hour provided a quote and within a day took pictures of the gutters and roof. Fitted us in around our schedule and even gave pictures of the before and after. Cleaned our roof, gutters and fascia wonderfully. Really pleased and happy with the service. Highly recommend!

Cannot recommend Gavin enough. He came out with his cherry picker as I am having a log burner installed. Very professional and would not hesitate recommending him. I had 2 old bird nests in the eaves of my property and he very kindly removed these with no hesitation whatsoever when I asked if he is able to remove them and gladly did so as a favour. Have friends that have used him to clear gutters and clean driveways. They were extremely satisfied with the service provided. Definitely a 5 star review 👍

Gavin came out and quoted really quickly and fitted in around our plans to get all our jobs done before he began to work.he then came round just as he’d said he would and did a fantastic job of cleaning out all our gutters,cleaning down the fascias and canopy and all our drive and patio areas.
His work is excellent and we were really happy with everything he did.he even sent photos through WhatsApp to show the work in progress as I was at work.

I can highly recommend Gavin, a very friendly and professional service. The house rainwater guttering required clearing of moss, debris and what looked like half a lawn growing in it as it hadn't been cleared for a some time due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Gavin arrived on time and soon got to work digging out the blockages and then followed that with a wash out from the housepipe. Work done he showed the before and after photographs he'd taken.

This is the second time I’ve had Gavin do cleaning jobs for me. He did my house roofs last November 2022 and now my pavioured drive, back patio and garden paths. He’s made a lovely job. Had to wait for weather to be dry for him to come back to sand - usual spring British weather - which he’s done today. I’m very pleased with his work. A lovely friendly guy and always a really good price for his work. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone for roofs or driveways.
