My first visit and I really loved it. The pub itself has "tardis" effect, traditional at front then extends further and further to accommodate a large number of customers. The food comes in generous portions. I would say this is a notch up from most pub curries and, although probably not as good as the best curry house I've been to, special mention goes to the boiled rice: tasty, light and fluffy, probably the best I've ever had.

Not your typical Indian but great. It's a pub with a huge "shed" behind providing additional dining space as it gets very busy. Definitely not somewhere to take people to impress them but the food is outstanding and makes up for the basic surroundings. Really tasty food at a good price and you get a lot for your money too so you won't be disappointed. As a pub it's got a good drinks selection too so if you want real ale with your curry (why???) you can.

Everyone at this place is great (sometimes the bbq chefs are miserable) but they provide great service and lovely food. This is my go to place for food and drinks as long as the baggies aren’t playing. Great place with lovely food. Easy to get too not pretentious and exactly what you want in a curry. Tikka meat from the bbq is bang on

I arrived later than expected in the area and was looking for somewhere to eat. The vine offered a wide selection of food, particularly focused on Indian quinine and grilled meats. It is not the most formal of places and can be quite loud and busy due to its popularity. That said, the food came quickly and was of an excellent standard and the service from staff was second to none. Would definitely recommend for a quick, good quality meal in an informal setting.

Staying in West Bromwich area, we end r up going to this place after reading other trip advisor reviews, walked in when there was a home west Bromwich game, place was busy but the fans where great, found a table and then ordered some drinks and food, plenty of drinks on selection, the food is split into a grill area and curry, but of a pain if you want a bit of both, food was well priced, portions where huge and food was very tasty, some of the nicest curry dishes me and my wife have tasted, would highly recommend if you want a relaxed and laid back meal out!

I have visited the Vine on many occasions, mainly at lunchtime. The service is always very efficient so it means you don't have to wait ages for food which is ideal when on a lunch break. There is a great variety on the menu and food is always hot and tasty.
I love the Chicken Tikka and on this visit the rest of my group chose a curry and the Chicken Tikka wraps that were huge. Great value for money.Very clean and comfortable, it is always a pleasure to visit the Vine. Would recommend a visit!

This place is amazing - I know there are loads of great reviews and this is no different but if you are remotely close by and looking to eat then you must visit this place! The best Indian in the Birmingham area by far and I would have added a pic but we were all too busy eating !!

If you want a great curry, the Vine takes a lot of beating. Great choice of curries, rice, naan and beers. Always full and that says it all even on a Monday night.
