Size of the room was good
We had initially booked the pitch side room but we’re told this was unavailable therefore we were upgraded to the penthouse suite. I thought it might have had a pitchside view too. This was the only reason as a football fan that I chose this hotel

Amazing hotel. Food delicious and lots of choice also, very reasonably priced, but the wine is overpriced for the quality on offer. The staff are fabulous, nothing is too much trouble.

Everything was great about my stay, the only minor point I would raise is that the extractor in my bathroom. Steam from the shower doing what you'd expect because of this.

Ideally located modern hotel with large, convenient car park and spacious bar area.
Roomy public spaces, friendly staff, powerful shower, two lifts, and brisk service with no waiting at check in or check out.
No aircon in this hotel and overnight our room was too warm for us. Eggs were overcooked at breakfast. We were in a deluxe double room - the decor was OK but beginning to look shabby.

The water pressure
The bed was uncomfortable and the whole room a bit worn and in need of refurbishment. Also it was quite hard to get the correct temperature in the shower and the knob kept coming off the taps.

Welcoming and accommodating reception staff, ample space in room, many towels and easy to get more on request, shampoo and body gel, complimentary tea and coffee, easy to come and leave
It was very hot in the room and there was no working a/c and no windows to open. Staff did provide a fan.

Pleasant Stay
We were met by a charming lady Alison at reception who checked us in and gave complimentary hyphen kit for us. She informed us about the bar & dinning area location and how to get to our room. At check out she asked if we needed receipt & how our stay was. I have traveled from Taiwan to Glasgow and stayed in many hotels around the world including the Far East I found Bolton Whites Hotel to be in the top 10 Alison was great and they hotel is very roomy.
