Will return again, but not for as long
Have stayed many times over the years, so know the hotel well & like it & the location. Food in the restaurant was good & the staff are pleasant & Helpful.
Our room was as we remembered, however, not as clean as previous visits. Very noisy over two nights, due to a noisy wedding party & other celebrations. Also smoke alarms going off at 1.30 in the morning, due to, we believe, someone smoking. Whilst this wasn't the hotel's fault, an apology or at least 'has your stay been ok', would have been appreciated.

A great stay
The staff were all lovely. I was able to book in early so I could get my bags in before the match. The restaurant didn't serve the full menu on a match day but there is a good range of bar meals. The room was spacious and comfortable and everything was clean and fresh.
It was excellent. There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Stayed here Saturday night and room we stayed in was looking very tired. Bathroom radiator looking rusty..carpet looking dirty and furniture not the best..
Breakfast was okay but tea and coffee came out of a machine in takeaway cups !!

The breakfast was nice. Staff are all always pleasant and more than happy to help. I love staying at whites when i come to visit my family. I like to support them after the rough few years they’ve had.
To be honest the whole bathroom could do with an overhaul. All the grout and silicone was mouldy. The bottom of the door was rotted away. Also the head housekeeper needs to re-train the staff, our pillowcases were on inside out, there was dust on the light fittings next to the bed, the mirrors were dirty and marked and there was “hairs” around the bathtub.

Good compromise for a short stay in Bolton
Just near by the motorway and close to the amenties we were looking for. Free parking and the bar and restaurant open until late night. The staff is very helpful and professional ready for satysfing your request.

Absolutely lovely afternoon for bottomless brunch, the service from start to finish was fabulous Claire and Nick were so friendly and always there to top up the drinks and the food was so delicious would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you for a great afternoon 😊
