a set of steps with into the swimming pool rather than ladders (impossible for arthritics) would have made it accessible ( i know there is a hoist but that is degrading and dangerous). A hotel this size that cannot provide decaffeinated tea and soya milk is not really trying is it? Prefer having buffet hot breakfast to served from kitchen. bacon burnt two mornings... rocky tables in restaurant cause unnecessary spills. Step down to breakfast buffet dangerous for those unsteady on their feet handrail or conversion to ramp required.

Went to an Espa gift evening with friends, had a nice glass of Prosecco and some canapés to start. This was then followed by an extremely helpful and informative short talk on all the Espa products, samples available and even small massages, we all purchased some lovely gift sets for Xmas presents so came away feeling very pleased

Highly recommended if you want to break away from your days work. Good gym and spa. Nice sticky toffee pudding :). Very good on reception and helpful. Rooms nice and big and clean with plenty of coffee.

Had a lovely stay here, booked the Sunday night offer which included dinner, bed, breakfast and access to spa facilities.
Really friendly and helpful staff especially Olivia, Chelsea and Rowan from the restaurant and Ian from the bar. Delicious food and great atmosphere in the courtyard bar and restaurant.
Spa was lovely, again great staff and amazing facilities. Lots of different saunas and steam rooms but the highlight was the hydrotherapy pool with view outside.
Overall amazing value, relaxing stay and would definitely come again.

Great location, friendly staff and good food. Rooms comfortable. Didn't get chance to experience the spa facilities due to arriving too late. However a planned return will sort that out. Overall a good experience and will return.

Good sized room. Comfy bed. Warm. Good shower and bath. Pleasant staff.
The price of food and drink. Bathroom Not as clean as it might be. Decor a bit tired. Had to ask for more supplies of tea and milk.

A nicely located hotel, just far enough off the busy M60 / M62 Motorway. it has a very good leisure club,ideal for small meetings and well equipped guest rooms. Cannot comment on evening dining but breakfast was very good. Most importantly were the first class staff, very helpful and efficient all round. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for short romantic staycation
Lovely place. Enjoyed the Pool & Spa facilities. The breakfast was good quality and plentiful. The room we had was perfect for us and was of a good size. The bathroom was also of a good size and had a walk-in shower.

Best weekend we had at my brothers wedding. Fantastic place and everything went to a tee the rooms are great and we wd def go back there again . All the amenities r close at hand it called the last drop village as it had its own we hairdressers coffee shop multiple we bars to select and was reall a beautiful place to stay

We stayed over at the Last Drop Village last weekend and the service was brilliant. The food was lovely in their restaurant, the bedroom was modern and clean, the spa was great too!
The staff were very accommodating and the customer service was the best.

We weren't given robes etc on our arrival at the spa. Were in our clothes before and after our treatment.

Everything was fine. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and had a lovely meal but we felt a little rushed as the main course was served immediately after we had more or less just finished our last mouthful of the starter!

After a lovely wedding, we entered the reception bar for some extra drinks. Ryan (night) was extremely helpful and friendly towards us and our friends. I would definitely return and recommend the last drop. Ps I hope Ryan enjoys his well deserved 3 days off.

great event, children thoroughly enjoyed. Wonderful location. Breakfast fab and didn't feel busy although the hotel was full. Looking forward to the family gala for new years eve. Great place to visit, even if you are not staying at the hotel.

Last minute booking from New Zealand for my father's funeral. The hotel is comfortable and had all the facilities advertised. Meals are good but fairly basic and there is limited choice. Staff are very good and helpful. Breakfast is excellent.

I would just like to say after attending my friends wedding last night it was amazing. What a beautiful place for a wedding and the staff were great. I want to give a special mention to Jack who was on at the night time for accommodating us. He was amazing and went above and beyond for me and the others I was with. He is a asset to the company and I recommend that he receives praise for his hard work. I would definitely recommend to others. Thanks.
