Had a great time with my mum. All the staff are very friendly, the atmosphere was chilled, just what we needed! We had dinner and breakfast included and the food was superb and plentiful. I had a back massage and my mom had a facial from steph and we both very much enjoyed it. The spa is really nice especially the outside pool which is perfect on a cold sunny morning! Thank you for making our stay so special, my mum an I really enjoyed ourselves.

The receptionists were kind and helpful.
The only thing I would suggest is when asking if we need help with luggage, it might be worth earning us of the sets of stairs and corridors before we can turn the offer down. It felt like a maze.
Rooms are clean, private, very nice to stay in. Bathroom could do with small decoration. It was quite white and bright in mine.

The food was quite tasty and good in proportion. Matches the price as well. Very fair.

I would return again if given the opportunity.

If it snows, the hotel has an agreement with a company to have the car park cleared, gritted and salt spread. Also the main road isn’t far from the hotel so pretty safe. Was really happy with the news, it makes you sleep better at night and worry a bit less.

Visited for a Spa Break as a treat from my Mum for my Birthday. The staff were really nice and friendly. (They even put a birthday card & chocolate strawberries in the room as a welcome). The rooms were spacious, well presented and clean.

The Spa facilities are excellent and the staff again friendly and accommodating. (Kamran on reception was very friendly and helpful. He handled a busy reception area with professionalism and made sure every guest was attended too.) As was the Spa rep who helped us find out room.

The food was very good (we had the three-course dinner & breakfast).

The Director of Operations was great and made sure our stay was very enjoyable.

We will be returning and we even picked up a brochure for a family member who's planning a wedding!

I stayed in a little courtyard next to the hotel which was cute. The hotel grounds are being renovated and the hotel seems to have shops in its ground, weird! The bar was ok but food was average as was the drink, breakfast also average. No complaints but not memorable.

We stayed over at the last drop after a birthday meal we stayed in a executive family room the room was more then adequate for what we needed. The meal we had for the birthday was off the highest quality and everyone enjoyed the food. We also had breakfast which was buffet style there was plenty of choice cooked full breakfast to cereals and pastries. Unfortunately we didn't get time to use the spa but we will go again in the near future

We stayed here last night .It was a present from Our Daughter. What can we say, everything was just great. Upon arriving the reception staff where so friendly and very helpful. The room , pool facilities , and food were faultless. We had our evening meal in the hotel bar as the restaurant was quite busy, but we were given restaurant service and looked after by a lovely lady Chloe. Dave came over to ask was everything ok with our meals and took time after our meal to have a chat. Breakfast this morning was really good . Again we were greeted and looked after by a lovely lady who's name we didn't manage to get. Overall a most enjoyable stay . We would highly recommend a stay here we will be back.

We had booked to go th Whitney unfortunately we had to cancel due to ill health (person we were visiting)

So my wife decided to go to the
Last Drop Village and Spa

As we booked so late we got a fantastic deal
We arrived on Tuesday the weather was iffy to say the least. So consequently we arrived early (book in time-wasting 14:00)
So we had a sandwich in the bar
My wife had Ham and I had Beef all was
Plus coffee's
It was excellent

We went into the Spa (I have never been before) It was fantastic large indoor swimming pool, four saunas, one steam room and the HOT TUB looking out no windows and it's snowing

The evening meal was excellent

Soup and Pate
Salmon and Beef
I had to mention the Beef and Gravy separately they were both amazingly good

Breakfast was excellent

Our room was huge two easy chairs and one at the dressing table. Large fitted wardrobe lovely sized bathroom with bath and shower

A great couple of days this looks like it's going to be a regular January lift. The snow was an added bonus

Great service from everyone nothing to much trouble
All the food was excellent

A great big thank you

Dickie :-)

I have been staying at this hotel when travelling to the North for nearly 20 years. It is just out of Bolton so not in a particularly beautiful location for views or wandering around but the hotel itself is a warm welcoming environment with personality and good facilities like a pool to blow away the cobwebs after a long day driving, it is also a great location for visiting anywhere in the North West and serves a nice cooked breakfast! What’s not to like?

Thank you for leaving feedback about our team members
Came here with my husband for a spa day and afternoon tea. The spa was amazing. The hydrotherapy pool was so relaxing. The treatments were on time and my therapist was good. I had a back and foot massage, both of which were lovely. After the treatments we had afternoon tea in the courtyard. This was a bit disorganised. We waited over 30 mins for the afternoon tea despite already preordering. We also only got our tea after another 15 minutes. However when the afternoon tea came it was delicious.

Would definitely recommend and return for another spa day in the future.

Had an amazing time here over the weekend so relaxing all the staff, food nd drinks were great. Sent a few hours chilling in the spa and HD a fab 3 course meal in the hotel. Daniel the manager and Alice Julie and Chloe the waitresses were always attentive and smiling. Julie at the courtyard bar was on her own for a while but attended u up everyone efficently.
We stayed in the secret garden area and it was so peaceful.
Also lovely little shop at the back to visit and a pub.
Would highly recommend and will be returning soon.

This is a lovely hotel where all the staff really seem to want you to enjoy your visit by doing anything they can to help. We've been a few times and the food is always amazing even when they are serving big functions, which often lets other hotels down. We spent the afternoon in the spa this time and wished we'd had time to go back in the following day. We'll definitely be returning soon.

A lovely unique venue perfect for any special occasion or business meeting. All the staff are attentive and helpful and there is a lovely tea room with excellent food together with a little village at the back with independent shops. Well worth a visit

Thanks Melanie for your lovely feedback
Clean rooms, quite modern. Very poor selection of beer, with a total of 1 bitter(Robinson’s, like a poor Boddington). OK if you have to be in the area, but wouldn’t make a special trip. Didn’t try the spa or restaurant.

Quaint touristy village with great photo opportunities. Pub was closed on our visit. Cafe was dated and average food but lovely staff. Excellent gift shop with great variety of merchandise. Worth a visit for this shop. There is a hotel and spa here but we never tried them.

Great hotel, lots of rustic charm combined with modern amenities. Spotless room, health club was great particularly the various heat rooms. The food was exceptional as was the service. Bothing bad to say.
