Having initially put our house on the market with another agent with no interest at all after three months, it was a pleasure to work with Danny. He advised us about the importance of professional photos, and booked them straight away. We were delighted with the professional look of the marketing brochure and we started to get viewings straight away. Once we had an offer accepted Danny and Allannah worked tirelessly to ensure nothing went wrong, that all the queries were answered quickly and the whole sale process took less that two and 1/2 months. We were overjoyed to be able to complete so quickly!

We bought and sold with Balgores. After many unsuccessful attempts to move through other agents and being gazumped (yes! It still happens) twice, we were understandably anxious about the sale going through on our ideal home. Balgores were accommodating to my mutiple requests to view the (empty) property (thanks Allannah), reassured me that everything was progressing as it should and always available to take my many phone calls. Brad and the team have been incredibly helpful with handling the sale of our house. I was always able to contact somebody who knew what was going on with the sale. Brad had some great ideas to make the house more appealing in the current slow market. His dry sense of humour also provided some entertainment on an otherwise serious process.
