I did start looking for a property around Chelmsford about 3-4 months ago, Balgores was one of the estate agent I had contact with.
They booked for me few visits in a day, to a variety of property just to give me a viewing on the market. They booked me a last but not least one by the end of that day, convinced that it was the one to see!
And they were right, I made an offer for that property, had great support from Balgores to find either a mortgage advisor (David from Mortgage advise Bureau) and a Sollicitors (Kate from Cunningtons LLP Wickford).
The process went very well and smoothly, I am now the happy owner of a property in Chelmsford.
I definitely recommend working with Balgores and more especially with Brad & Will!

Recently completed a house sale with Balch estate agents. Dealt mostly with Trefor who was helpful and professional throughout the whole process. I have no experience of buying property with Balch but would recommend this company to anyone in the Chelmsford area.

Brad & Will have both been excellent in helping us sell out apartment in the city centre. After finding a buyer before even marketing the property, to have that buyer back out due to their mortgage provider. They quickly found another buyer within a week, allowing us to keep hold of our new home and not break the chain.
I would fully recommend Balgores in Chelmsford and definitely use them again in the future.

I would like to say a big thank you to Mike and the rest of staff in Chelmsford office. I used a different agency before so I didn't know if I was doing the right thing by changing a different one this thime. But I received a best service from Mike. I decided to go with him because I felt he was really enthusiastic and professional in his work. I emailed him and texted him with all sort of questions and every time Mike was happy to help me. Always received his replies promptly.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Allannah and Bradley for all their help and support throughout the sale of my house . They both went above and beyond the call of duty in making the whole process as easy and straight forward as possible . They both were always at the end of a phone to help with anything that I needed doing and they took all the stress away from me . In a way I’m a little gutted that my house is sold now as I will actually miss speaking to them both as I consider them both friends now . After wasting a month with another agent who did very little, we instructed Danny who found us a buyer in a week and within 6 weeks we had completed. Excellent service. This company really seem to be hungry for business unlike other agents who talk the talk but don’t deliver.

I can not thank Micheal Bacon enough for helping me find somewhere to live. He was so friendly and heplful, i explained the problems i had been facing when looking for somewhere. So glad we chose balgores to rent, we literally moved in within a week, we was worried that because of my bad credit we wouldn't be able to rent but Mike Bacon was amazing throughout and made sure everything was running smoothly even answering questions out of work hours. Also a big massive thank you to emily(Basildon) who sorted out our references in no time at all ( 2 days ).
