Allannah has been so helpful; she’s so charismatic, has bags of optimism, and when Allannah says she’s working hard for you - you can believe that she is. I think for anyone wary of Sales/Lettings; Allanah will put them at ease. Engaging and pivotal.

Trefor, Melvin and Gavin truly offer a 5 star service. I cannot fault their professionalism and their ability to make a potentially stressful situation much more manageable. After a tense few days waiting to exchange contracts, Balch chased solicitors, kept everyone in the loop and I'm happy to say that today we finally sealed the deal. I would not hesitate to use Balch again should I ever be in a position to sell!

Melvin and his team were brilliant, I cant rate them highly enough. We have just helped my elderly mother in law move nearer to us in Oxfordshire and Melvin made the process completely stress free. Even when the chain collapsed further down, he kept us informed every step of the way, from conducting viewings, to updates, liaising with other agents and the various solicitors. Going the extra mile, which from experience not many agents do.

From the first second our agent, Mike Bacon was really excellent, different from the managers. He was kind, calm, patient, quick, with full of empathy. Our case was not easy. We were seeking a perfect rent since January and it became more and more urgent as we passed the time. My daughter must move until 16th of March, because of her obligate special practice in her school. She needed to move from Brentwood to Chelmsford. She has 2 dogs, and everybody knows it's not an easy job to find a rent with 2 dogs for a student. Mike solved our problem immediately and my daughter could move in yesterday, in time, one week later after the viewing :)

I've moved around a lot and dealt with my far share of agents, honestly if you're looking for a great estate agent go with Allannah, she has been more than brilliant !!!! she found us so many properties to look at and found us our new home, we have been kept us up to date at all times and never had to chase her, when we sold our home Allannah and the team went over and above when our first buyers pulled out. we've been given great advise finding a great solicitors and financial service.we literally can't say enough good things or recommend her highly enough, or the team at Balgores Chelmsford.

I used Balgores in Chelmsford to both buy and sell my house. The staff were extremely helpful and professional, keeping me well informed throughout the process. The team are friendly and appear to communicate well with one another to ensure that they are all familar with your sale/purchase, updating you at every stage. It's easy to complain about a service, but few of us bother to tell when we have exceptionally good service! Melvin, Trefor and the team once again delivered a professional , highly experienced service, that goes above and beyond what you would expect. Not once in our house sale process were we not completely kept informed and updated. Balch are a perfect example of a "bricks and mortar" agency that you won't regret using, well done!
