The explanation of the work carried out on our car was good and the invoice reflected our initial agreement. They delivered on all of their promises to do the work by the agreed time. We were more than happy; the level of service was exemplary.

The expectations around my purchase had been set correctly and met by Dan Bull. The slight delay in replying was due to a missing manual for the car which Dan had committed to replace. I'm lead to believe some problems had occurred while finding a copy but when I found my local Land Rover dealer I was able to order a copy. A cheque was sent by McCarthy Cars to cover the cost. I feel this is an excellent example of real customer service! Generally I found the experience from McCarthy Cars to be very positive and one would be happy to recommend.

McCarthy Cars were very helpful in the purchase of my Peugeot. I had been to several other main dealerships within the area but the service and the condition of the vehicle was to such a high standard. The sales men were informative and made the whole sales process easy. I will be recommending them to my family and friends. The car is absolutely lovely and was just exactly what I was looking for.

I would recommend McCarthy Cars to anyone as the best car dealer in South London. I bought a BMW and part exchanged my car, but soon realised the car was lacking on power without warning lights on dashboard. I took the car back to them and they tried their best to fix it. I even took the car to a BMW garage to diagnose the problem. Even the BMW garages failed to solve the problem first time, they carried out repairs that came to the amount of £500.The second time the repair was not worth the value of the car so James McCarthy apologised to me I fully accepted, and my car was given back to me with full refund. I’m very happy with the service at McCarthy cars and would be happy to suggest anyone to purchase a car from the Croydon branch. This car was cleaned again prior to picking the vehicle up and ready for my second test drive. My Mitsubishi shogun had a full service, battery and cambelt change before I was ready to take her home. Hi Dan, Thanks for your attention yesterday. We had a super trip back to Derbyshire. The car purrs along beautifully and we are delighted with it.
