I would like to express my thanks for such superb after-sales/customer care. This is the second car we have purchased from McCarthy Cars unfortunately we did have a few 'teething-troubles' in the first few weeks with the second car, as can be the way with cars!. We were very impressed that you executed care and time to solve these issues and to ensure that we were happy with our purchase. Specific thanks to Wendy who was very efficient and worked with me to solve the problems. We were already impressed with the service we had received from Dan when we were buying the car, however having driven off the forecourt and taken the car home we could have easily have been dismissed so many thanks for your great customer care beginning to end. For anyone considering purchasing a car from McCarthy and even if you have a bit of a drive to get there as we did – we can fully recommend a trip, it is well worth it! Many thanks

Good customer service is rarely commented on, so I thought I would for a change. Recently purchased a car from McCarthy and found the entire process an unusually easy process. The car came fully serviced, and was prepared and turned around very quickly. I would certainly recommend McCarthy to anyone looking for a car.

We purchased a Toyata, LandCruiser from McCarthy Cars on a Part Exchange. Very knowledgeable salesman who naturally drove a hard bargain but were very warm with it! There were some issues with the car, cosmetic and mechanically, but James & team have resolved fully and at cost to them. I will definitely be back and would recommend; excellent customer service throughout.

I've had my car, a C-Class Mercedes which I brought from McCarthy Cars, Croydon since October 2010. Touch wood so far its been as good as gold. I choose McCarthy cars at random, having seen the car on the forecourt, so took a risk. The staff were polite and professional pre, during and after my purchase. Would recommend them for sure. My son in-law lives in Croydon and he knew the type of car we were looking for. He gave us a call and told us to go online to the McCarthy Cars website. There we found the perfect car with low mileage and in good condition. We didn’t want a car that’s been run into the ground we wanted a good, quality car with low mileage. If this car wasn’t advertised we might have settle for less and not been completely satisfied as we live in Eastbourne. So thank you for everything.
