I recently bought a Volvo from you, and would like to advise you of the excellent service I received from the staff there, and especially from your sales manager James. From first making contact with him, he was interested and helpful, and took a great deal of trouble to see that the car was suited to my wife’s requirements.
The car is running very well, and we are delighted with it; it is exactly what I was looking for – a large car that it is economical. We took it to France recently, and it went from Portsmouth to the Loire and back on one tank of diesel.

First of all I would like to express how professional I found your company when we came to purchase our vehicle. I first found the Land rover discovery which I was looking for on your website; I found the website layout very well, easy to use and updated regularly. I emailed you and the following day you phoned me and answered my questions and gave me a verbal price for my old discovery. As your garage is 72 miles from my home I was not sure if I wanted to travel that far as I have always found car dealers not the most honest people, but I decided two days before Christmas that I really wanted to see the Land rover.
On arrival my family and I were given a friendly welcome, offered refreshments and use of toilet facilities, which my wife and I found immaculately clean. The verbal price you offered me over the phone you honoured and the deal was done. We paid for the car which took about half an hour which the whole time we were offered refreshments. And then we left in our new Land rover and had an enjoyable 72 mile drive home.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your professional manor and when I am in a financial position to change my wife’s car I will not hesitate to return.
I do hope you show this letter to your future customers as they will realise they are buying a quality car from an honest, professional company NOT the usual dodgy car dealer.

We continue to be delighted with the Jaguar you sold us. It is in marvellous condition, is a joy to drive, and is the envy of quite a few people around here (we keep telling them where we got it, and how it was done, and with such efficiency and kindness). I thought I’d drop you a quick note to say thank you for all your help when buying my cars from you.
Initially I brought the 2.0 Omega from you and, after only having it a matter of weeks, it was written off in an accident that was not my fault or any fault with the car.
My insurers said the Omega was a write off and paid me out promptly practically the value of the car when I brought it from you. This demonstrates to me that the price I paid for the Omega was fair and just. Thank you for that.
When I called you and explained what had happened to the Omega, I was so grateful that A) you remembered me straight away, and B) you were so very helpful in getting me back on the road as soon as possible.
We chatted about the silver Saab 9-5 you had at the time and we discussed the write off money my insurers had paid me. This amounted to a little less than you were advertising the Saab for but straight away, recognising I need to get mobile again and that I had come back to you as a result of superb service when I brought the Omega, we agreed the price, subject to me seeing the Saab, over the phone there and then! Fantastic! Where else would you get someone who understands that I had been through enough already with the car accident and was very keen to get me back on the road again and help.
I came to see the Saab and we agreed the same price as on the phone, a very fair price. If I am really honest, I still think I got the better deal for the price, but that’s just an indication of how you went the extra mile to ensure I was completely happy. Again, thank you.
I have now had the Saab for about six weeks and there has been no issues what so ever with it! It’s perfect! I do a lot of driving, 130 mile round trip each day just to and from work, and the Saab just purrs! Wonderful!
