We like Louis and phoebe. Always friendly and very helpful everytime we stay there .
The price for a doggy to stay has doubled in price to £20 . As a dog owner this is off putting...£10 is fine ...£20 is too much as it makes the stay more expensive.

Superior seaview room was lovely views and comfy bed good breakfast and sarah in reception and louie water in breakfast are excellent
Both windows were leaking with water from rain dripping through and no radiators in bathroom and wet windows in bathroom

The staff were all amazing and welcoming and couldn’t help enough.
The hotel itself is amazing for the price but definitely ask for a refurbed room and even though the communal carpets upstairs look rotten they are actually cleaned just old.
The breakfast is amazing and the receptionists and all staff were so helpful.

Hotel is a little tired decoration wise so not for somebody who wants something spotless and right up to date. . But for us the room was nice and clean the staff were top notch and really helpful. Breakfast was good. We had a superior sea view room overlooking the pier all at a real bargain price. It’s an older hotel full of charm and for us it ticked every box would happily stay again.
