Good breakfast. Staff pleaszant.
No heating in room but small heater provided. It seemed tone cold throughout the hotel. One night in three entertainment which was poorly promoted and poorly attended as a concequence. Felt sorry for Andrew the singer. Saw nothing anywhere in the hotel informing clients of a quiz.

Burlington Hotel has a fantastic location and is just a short walk to the bus stop; we will be back.

Evening meals were improved from when we visited last year.
Room was a good size.
Staff were pleasant and helpful. The shower screen in the bathroom was too small. It was almost impossible to have a shower without spraying the bathroom floor.
The basin in our bathroom was blocked.
When we arrived the room was COLD as the radiator was not working, but as soon as we reported this the staff provided an electric heater. The radiator started working, then the room was too hot.

Ideal location but rooms in need of a good clean
The room was fine especially the 'extra' room with the 3rd bed for my son.
The en-suite was not in a good state with the toilet seat looking like it would fall off at any moment and the there was dust and muck on most surfaces that would have been removed with a proper clean

The SVP through the building are not insulated. You hear every time dome uses the loo or shower - constant waking up through the night.

Lovely hotel right on the seafront, looks a bit dated from the outside but is grade 2 listed so cannot change much, staff are friendly and helpful and beds are comfy.

Bath plughole absolutely full of hair, only noticed it because shower was taking ages to empty.bath, shower pipe covered in lime scale. Otherwise everything else was good.

After reading many bad reviews we were pleasantly surprised. The room is clean , comfortable and absolutely no mould . We asked for extra pillows , they were brought to our room . The staff are so friendly and helpful . We are here for 2 nights and so far really cannot fault it , yes in some area's the decor looks a little tired but it's an old building . Furnishings are clean and modern .

As always, very pleasant and enjoyable.
The location is phantastic, as is the seaview. Rooms are generously sized. Breakfast was very good, and reception staff very helpful.
On Tuesday morning, one of the breakfast staff restricted which of the laid tables people could sit at or not, even though there was no obvious need for it as there was plenty of space available.

Room was a little tired and window wouldn’t close properly no heat in the toilet/bathroom but room was spacious could have been cleaner .. but overall I would definitely stay again the staff where very helpful and the breakfast was excellent
The window in the room wouldn’t close properly it was difficult to use the toilet as it felt squeezed in and radiator didn’t work so would think winter would be cold ..
