We went to this shop as we have brought here before so knew that we would be happy with our purchase. Once again we are. The staff were really friendly and helpful and covid safe. My experience with DB Domestics was amazing! Tom was a great salesman and i was excited to get this product and Tom was good at communicating on the phone with me and then in person. Nyle and Alfie were great at delivering too, polite and efficient. The product arrived 48 hours later and the whole process was nice and easy.

He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, wore a mask and gloves and talked me through possible issues. He knew exactly how our Samsung machine worked and brought a water vacuum to speed up the process. The machine was repaired and I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Excellent on all levels and at a difficult time for businesses. Will always use this company in future.

DB Electrics have such a helpful approach - no hard sell, they listen to your requirements and don’t try to sell you something more expensive that you don’t need. Delivery team were so kind to my mother and couldn’t have been more helpful - we are very impressed with them and will go there in future.

This is really good appliance store. The staff are very honest and helpful. Good range of appliances and the shop has a parts department too, at reasonable prices. Free installation, at time of writing, and deal in both top of the range items, aswell as the cheaper varieties. Well worth a visit.
