I was told the washing machine I ordered was not in stock (this was stated on the website but I had missed the information) and would take 4 weeks to deliver (due to Covid) but I was able to swap for a different model, at the same price, with no hassle at all! I booked a time slot for delivery on Saturday morning, Dan and Rob turned up promptly and fitted the new machine and took away the old one, to dispose of. Excellent service, I would highly recommend!

We went into the showroom & Tom was incredibly patient & accommodating, even ordering stock in specially and price matching.
Installation was within the week and the appliances look fantastic.

I recently purchased a beautiful black Hoover washing machine over the phone and it was delivered, fitted and they also took away my old appliance.... All for FREE! Excellent value and excellent customer service. DB Domestics is the only place to go for appliances!!!

A neighbour advised us of D B Domestics and we were very glad they did. Darren was extremely helpful and showed us a range of appliances to meet our needs. We went back home to do a final check of measurements and then returned the following day and Darren placed our order. Hamid and Alfie delivered, disconnected our old washer dryer, took it away and installed our new one. They checked all working fine and all done by 10.3 am 4 days later. A very friendly, speedy, great value and and efficient service; we will certainly recommend DB Domestics to our friends.

Friendly customer service. Some confusion as to a supply of a particular brand I wished to have. Communication within sales team inconsistent. Informed later no longer will be in stock and recommended a cheaper alternative. Delivered following day by Hamid and Alfie whom were courteous and efficient.

The delivery was within a couple of days on a saturday . The delivery team was polite and efficient they fitted my new machines in and took my old ones away with no fuss or problems. Thank you so much . I would highly recommend this store .
