We had a lovely time looking at the animals and learning about them, the kids loved the playground etc. Though the older one (12) got a bit bored. Food and drink basic, burgers and chips etc. But great day out for younger kids.

Really great atmosphere, great for kids and adults alike. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. The variety of animals is amazing and there's something to keep everyone interested at every turn.

Great family day out for those with smaller children. On the door entrance fee seems expensive but the zoo enclosures and parks are great quality. The toilets were really clean, but the café only served machine coffee or tea with UHT milk. Overall great.

Has areas for a wide range of age groups, from a Hello Kitty area to a Thomas train ride to an adventure play park, and of course the wonderful animals!
There is plenty of space for wheelchair access.
The food is better than average for the genre too, though I wouldn't call it healthy. Coffee is Starbucks.
I've rated it a 4* not a 5* mainly because of the cost. A family of four is around £75 entry.

Great day out on a sunny day, make sure you wash hands after animals and play areas! Would recommend taking hand sanitiser as well.

A good day out with the kids. Very expensive compared to other local attractions. When we went the railway was shut and the rainbow lorikeets were "closed for improvements". Turned out they were all dead after accidental poisoning. Whoops!

We had a great time out at the zoo. The variety of animals is good however when we visited the bird enclosure was closed and a number of other attractions were under construction. This zoo is definitely a more child and family orientated/friendly zoo.

Awesome place. Well worth a visit young or old. Easily spend all day going round if you take it easy. So much to entertain the kids. Throughly recommend it.

Nice day out for the kids. Mine are 3 and 5 and both really enjoyed it. Probably too tame for >10yo. Food options are all poor, so would advise bringing your own. Outdoor play are was nice, although some things cost more money (e.g. inflatable slide). Indoor play area is way too small, hot and cramped, avoid if possible. Hello Kitty bits probably only for toddlers and enthusiasts.
