As usual Eastbourne Pier never fails to be enjoyable. From being a teenager who's dad worked the bingo in the 80s to going back on the occasional holiday I still have great fun there. It may have been through a few disasters over the years but it's still standing and providing endless hours of fun for people of all ages.Visited on

When we went the weather was beautiful. The pier has had a good revamp although not quite finished it is still a lovely place even had live music playing Sunday and everyone was enjoying themselves.

A lovely way to look back at Eastbourne and take in the front from beachy head to the harbour, some nice shops on the pier and a nice looking tea room with great chandeliers, the trotters would be made up in there !! Goes quite far out and is in good condition

Nice small pier.
I visited it last year in September, this year it was in July (2022).

It's a shame that they still have renovations going on as they did 12 months ago.

You would have thought that they would have completed the repairs (these are individual units, not major structural renovations), before the start of the summer seasons 😔

There are a few spots to eat and the food is very delicious. Great atmosphere. Just the seagulls are spotting your food and if you don't pay attention they will steel it.Visited on

Work going on to repair/improve the Pier. Lots of shops and cafes and a bar open. Music group playing lady's dancing and a few men doing dad dancing.
