This was the best Greek meal I have ever had. The welcome good, the service excellent and the most important thing the food was out of this world. Shall definitely go again the next time I'm Eastbourne.

We visited early on a Saturday evening as they were already fully booked later on. The restaurant was very friendly and had a good atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals of Tzatziki, Chicken souvlaki, pork souvlaki, chocolate and almond tart and ice-cream. Everything was delicious and all the staff charming. Would recommend early booking.

Visited on a Saturday night. Restaurant was busy and we originally say downstairs however there was a large noisy party down there and we moved upstairs. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. Food - big portions and we'll cooked. Thoroughly recommended.

I read reviews of this place and decided to book via text (their preferred method). I started walking to the restaurant and received a text saying they were fully booked but I could turn up and hope. I arrived just a few minutes later, he knew he'd replied. I wanted a table for one.....the waiter went out of his way to accommodate me, splitting a larger table to squeeze me in. I chose my meals quickly to avoid them wanting the table back before I had finished. I am so glad I chanced it. The food was delicious, the service was really attentive, and not a bad price either. Lovely waitress (originally from Yorkshire). Thank you, the reviews were correct!

We had family visiting so we recommended eating here as we’ve been very impressed previously. Slight mix up on table booking and how many in our party but this was soon rectified in a friendly and efficient way and we were seated downstairs which we were happy with. Delicious food (my brother declared the vegetarian moussaka the best vegetarian dish he’s ever had in a restaurant) friendly and efficient service, great atmosphere all at a reasonable price and good value for money. Highly recommended but it’s popular so make sure you book ahead! We will be back!

We have eaten here twice in the last few weeks after reading the reviews on here and were not disappointed. Absolutely fantastic food and service. Not one complaint. Highly recommend the mushrooms, lamb shank and the chicken souvlaki. Also very reasonable cost wise and great wine. We will be back.

Visited the restaurant on Saturday 28th September as myself and my boyfriend were staying in Eastbourne for the weekend and celebrating my birthday.
He had booked the restaurant based on the excellent reviews and we both now would echo these. Wow!! From the offset the staff were friendly, attentive and it was evident they all wanted to give their customers the best experience possible. The food was delicious - so much flavour, variety and also very reasonable. We went for the set vegetarian menu and had a choice of dishes. The starters especially were lovely - the baked feta was amazing! We were already pretty full by the time the mains came and then a thoughtful dessert with candles as a birthday dessert!
We wanted to tip but the restaurant only takes cash payments for tips (you can pay on card but there isn’t an option to tip). So I would encourage those visiting to bring some cash to tip. Would definitely come back if I am ever in Eastbourne again!

First rate service and excellent food. Even the Greek wine was very good and a perfect complement to the meal. Had a very cosmopolitan feel, quite a rarity for conservative Eastbourne, and definitely worth searching out. I've not been in too many Greek restaurants but I would certainly come back to this one.

The four of us had a 2 course lunch. Starter and main. We all had something different and sampled each other’s dishes. They were all very tasty and good sized portions. It was extremely good value for money and the service was also excellent. We will definitely be returning in future.

Although early on a Sunday evening, the place was already busy. Greeted by charming waitress who was, luckily,able to find us a table. Food was amazing..we both had main of moussaka and then the selection of Greek desserts. Food and service faultless. Would gladly eat here again but an 8hour round trip from home means its unlikely.

First visit to Eastbourne, saw that the restaurant was rated highly, thought we would risk not booking but managed to get a table walking in on a Thursday evening. Soon after the restaurant quickly filled up and the food did not disappoint. Highly recommend!

We we had a holiday planned to Greece this week but had to cancel. Visiting relatives locally found this restaurant. Great authentic Greek food & superb atmosphere. For a few hours we were in Greece.

The staff are extremely welcoming, the service was excellent and the food was outstanding. I can heartily recommend the food - I enjoyed the maze platter, the tiger prawns and the mixed Greek deserts. The wine was lovely too!

The food we had was great and we had exceptional service from the staff, with the manager even giving me a pair of spectacles to borrow to read the menu. The waitress originally fetched him as she thought our wine order didn't quite go with the meals we selected.
Everything was carried out in a cheerful and friendly manner and we had an evening to remember.
Will be my first choice on future visits to Eastbourne, although there are other excellent alternatives if you're having a longer stay,

My wife and I had a lunch here whilst on holiday. What an excellent choice it turned out to be. My wife wrote a review on the site and I would confirm - wonderful food, friendly, helpful service, no need to be concerned about any dietary intolerance or allergy these (excuse the pun) catered for, nice Greek wine, food and wine reasonably priced.

Arrived at 9pm without a reservation and were advised kitchen open until 9.15 (and were advised need to order within 10 minutes which was fine). Welcoming and friendly staff. Wanted to sit outside and blankets were available (it was a tad chilly). Service was great and couldn't fault. On ordering advised time it would take to cook and asked if we would like something while we waited. Food was amazing. Pork souvlaki (served with lots of rice and chips and salad) and Moussaka (served with salad - so if you wanted chips as well - order with it) - couldn't fault and definitely will return on next visit to Eastbourne.
Oh - and if you like sweet white wine - go for the medium sweet - it is almost like dessert wine - different.

Wonderful experience, lucky enough when we visited there had been a cancellation. We were enjoying our short break and treated ourselves on our last evening before returning home. We could not have asked for a more pleasant dining venue.
Staff were welcoming and friendly helping us with the menu. Excellent food and service.
Toilets clean and fresh and the little touches with various scents and deodorant was lovely.
